-How to get there:

Take the plane from Quito to Baltra
From the Baltra Airport, take the bus to the dock and then take the boat taxi to Santa Cruz
Take the bus from the dock into Puerto Ayora
Take a taxi from Puerto Ayora to Bellavista, tell them you want to go to Las Cuevas, and that is where you will find the center and the home of Sra. Soila and Don Jose. The apartments (there are 4 nice bedrooms) are just behind the center.

-Cool things to do on Santa Cruz:

Charles Darwin Research Center- This is where they breed the giant Galapagos turtles and land iguanas. It is an awesome place!!
Charles Darwin Beach- This beach is just beyond the Charles Darwin Research Center, and is a good place to see cool birds and marine iguanas.
Tortuga Bay- This is a gorgeous bay that is a great place to snorkel and bird watch. Be sure to take the trail that goes along the beach, as it is home to blue-footed boobies and tons of awesome marine iguanas!!
Las Grietas- To get here, you have to take a small water taxi across the marina, but it only costs $0.50 per person. Then, you hike along salt flats and across a beach until you get to a huge crevice where salt water meets fresh water. This is an awesome place to snorkel!
And, of course- the lava tubes, where you will be working!! There are three different tubes that you can trek through, all of different lengths.
There is lots more to do on the island, including visits to the highlands (which may cost more due to expensive taxi rides); for more information, visit the Tourist Information Center in downtown Puerto Ayora!

Leon Dormida- It costs $40.00, but it is well worth it!! You can purchase a trip from any of the local companies, and then they will take you out for the day to snorkel with sharks, sea turtles, and baby sea lions!
Various beaches- all of the beaches on San Cristobol have an abundance of sea lions that are fun to swim around with!
The Interpretation Center- This center is a great source of information and contains lots of interesting facts about the Galapagos.
There are many other excursions including bike rides form the highlands, which you can get more information about from any of the local tour companies.

PRE- PROJECT FOR THE CENTER OF PROMOTION AND INTERPRETATION OF WORLD PEACE BETWEEN HUMAN BEINGS AND NATURE

Project developed by Dr. Maximiliano Moreno Hidalgo and Sr. Jose Antonio Gallardo.

ANTECEDENTS

Mr. Jose Antonio Gallardo was the first professor in the Galapagos Islands, and although he is 89 years old, he retains great mental lucidity and physical activity, which permits him to frequently travel to Quito from the Island of Santa Cruz where he lives.

His dream is to leave the world a place where one can reflect upon what is most significant, WORLD PEACE, and he has structured a non-profit organization called THE GALAPAGOS MICROLIGHT AND ALL FOR WORLD PEACE FOUNDATION.

ECOTRACKERS NETWORK is also a non-profit organization that, in the past 4 years, has developed a corridor of biodiversity from the Pacific Ocean in the Galapagos to the Atlantic Ocean in the disembarkation of the Amazon River. This corridor contains key elements such as THE GALAPAGOS ISLANDS, which are comprised of an area that is almost half the surface of the entire country of Ecuador. They are 200 miles from the mainland in the Pacific Ocean, with more than 5,000 square km of islands of which 4,000 square km have been declared national parks and A NATURAL PATRIMONY OF THE PLANET. A second element is THE SANGAY NATIONAL PARK, which is also a natural world patrimony for education and culture due to the ORGANIZATION OF UNITED NATIONS. This park of 67,000 He is consists of the paramo and glaciers of the Andes at 5350 m from the snow-covered Altar, Tunguraghua (active volcano), and Sangay (active volcano), to the foothills of the Central Cordillera in the cloud forest. A third element is The New Ecological Cultural Reserve of the Cordillera of Cutucu where the Morona River originates. The Santiago-Comainas Reserve, of 1 million He, is between the disembarkations of the Huallaga and Ucayali Rivers in Peru, and continues through the disembarkation of the Negro River and the Amazon River to the Atlantic.

The two foundations joined up a year ago in order to work together to the favor of peace, biodiversity, and cultural diversity.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

To create a center of interpretation for WOLRD PEACE from the perspective of a peace not only between the human populations of the planet, but also from the harmonic relation between man and nature, which can be seen in the inoffensive and unworried attitude of the animals of the Galapagos who confront human beings and do not see danger or threat.

METHOD:

To develop this center of interpretation and promotion of World Peace on the Island of San Cristobal, a place where we can present the following:

1.- A section for all of the countries in the world.

2.- A section for the biodiverse regions of the world.

3.- A section for the culturally diverse regions of the world.

4.- A section for the major military and racial conflicts of the world.

5.- A section for the major ecological disequilibrium that is present on this planet.

6.- A section for the attractions, equilibriums, and disequilibriums of continental and marine Ecuador.

7.- A section for the natural equilibrium obtained by nature and human beings in the Galapagos.

CONTRIBTUTIONS

Mr. Antonio Gallardo has an available house that is able to receive up to 3 volunteers.
Mr. Gallardo has 1000sq m of land under the Ecotrackers administration ´to develop a center of information and a place for conferences, expositions, and scientific and cultural manifestations.
Mr. Gallardo makes the ¨Gallardo Tunnel¨ available, which is 1300 m long and situated under the surface of the property.
He contributes the first ¨allegoric sign of the center¨
The Ecotrackers Foundation makes their Center of Information available, which is located at Amazonas Ave and Roca, to promote the CENTER OF INTERPRETATION AND PROMOTION OF THE WORLD PEACE.
Ecotrackers will look for and organize the work of the volunteers and students to cooperate with work and resource materials.
They will look for international funding.
They will develop information and international publicity of the center on their web page and blogs.
They will develop a program and training center for the protection of World Peace between human beings and between human beings and nature.
They will publish the philosophy, concepts, and information about principal problems between human beings and of them with nature in various languages, and with graphic material supported by volunteers, students, and travelers of the world from their blogs and web pages.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS from the local, national, and international governments, foundations, universities, world organizations, and modes of communication will present the following:

· an image of every country

· the most serious ecological problems of the world

· historical military problems

· the disappearing and endangered species

· an image of regions connected by the biodiversity of the world

· an image of regions connected by the cultural biodiversity of the world

· human development

· the biodiversity and cultural diversity of Ecuador

· harmonies and problems in the Galapagos

METHOD OF WORK IN THE PROJECT

· Information and acknowledgment of physical available resources in the Galapagos.

· Search and organization of work for volunteers in the lifting of information.

· The search for native people and local legal jurisdictions interested in contributing.

· Funding.

· Contrition.

ANTECEDENTES

El Sr. José Antonio Gallardo, es el primer profesor en las Islas Galápago y actualmente tiene 89 años, pero goza de lucidez mental y gran actividad física que le permite viajar a Quito con frecuencia desde la Isla Santa Cruz donde se encuentra su residencia.

Su sueño ha sido el poder dejar al mundo en su propiedad un lugar donde se pueda reflexionar sobre lo que significa “LA PAZ MUNDIAL”, para lo cual a estructurado una organización sin fines de lucro, llamada FUNDACION MICROLUZ GALÁPAGOS Y TODOS POR LA PAZ DEL MUNDO

ECOTRACKERS NETWORK es también una organización sin fines de lucro, que desde hace 4 años se planteó desarrollar la viabilidad de un corredor de biodiversidad desde el Océano Pacífico desde las Galápagos hasta el Océano Atlántico en la desembocadura del Río Amazonas, teniendo como puntos claves del trayecto LAS ISLAS GALAPAGOS, que comprenden una área de casi la mitad del la superficie del país 200 millas de radio en el océano Pacífico, mas 5000 km2 de islas de las cuales 4000 Km2 han sido declarados parque nacional y PATRIMONIO NATURAL DEL PLANETA, un segundo punto: El PARQUE NACIONAL SANGAY que es también un patrimonio mundial natural del planeta y está protegido por LA UNESCO, la organización para la educación y la cultura de la ORGANIZACIÓN DE LAS NACIONES UNIDAS. Este parque de 670.000 Ha es un área que comprende el páramo y glaciares de los andes desde los 5350 de los nevados Altar, Tungurahua (volcán activo),y Sangay (volcán activo) hasta las estribaciones de la Cordillera Central en el bosque nublado. Un tercer punto es La Nueva Reserva Ecológico Cultural de la Cordillera del Cutucú donde se origina el Río Morona, considerado la mejor y mas corta vía fluvial al amazonas con 560 km. el Río Morona es importante por ser además el centro de la Reserva Santiago-Comainas de 1 millón cien mil hectáreas en Perú hasta el cuarto punto la Reserva Pacaya Samiria de dos millones de Hectáreas entre la desembocadura de los Ríos Huallaga y Ucayali en Perú, y de allí continua con la desembocadura del Río Negro y la desembocadura del Amazonas en el Atlántico.

Las dos fundaciones están empeñadas desde hace un año en hacer un trabajo conjunto a favor de la paz, la biodiversidad y la diversidad cultural.

OBJETIVO DEL PROYECTO:

Crear un cento de interpretación de PAZ MUDIAL desde la perspectiva de una paz no solo entre las poblaciones humanas del planeta, sino desde la relación armónica del hombre con la naturaleza, que se puede ver materializada en lo que hasta hace poco fue y en algunos lugares sigue siendo, la inofensiva y despreocupada actitud de los animales de la Galápagos frente a los seres humanos, en los que no ven peligro ni amenaza.

METODO

Para desarrolla este centro de interpretación promoción de la Paz Mundial se quiere contri en la Isla San Cristóbal un lugar donde se pueda presentar lo siguiente:

1.- Stand de todos los países del mundo

2.- Stand de las regiones del mundo por biodiversidad

3.- Stand de las regiones del mundo por diversidad cultural

4.- Stand de los mayores conflictos bélicos y raciales del mundo

5.- Stand de los mayores desequilibrios ecológicos que vive el planeta

6.- Stand de los atractivos, equilibrios y desequilibrios del Ecuador continental y marino

7.- Stand del equilibrio natural conseguido por la naturaleza y los seres humanos en Galápagos.

The processes of the development of intelligent ecotourism in communities

One of the major problems with sustainable development is the methodologies that are used. In the occidental society they have developed criteria for work in functions of money, time, and space that respond to the Euro-North American vision, where they successfully invented and applied these three elements as a measurement of actual reality.

THE CONTRADICTION BETWEEN THE CONCEPTS OF TIME, SPACE, AND MONEY OF THE ANDEAN WORLD AND OF THE URBAN OCCIDENTAL CULTURE

Time (hours, minutes, & seconds) is an English invention, the meter is a French invention, and money is an invention of urban Euro-Asia. These concepts are not comprehensible in the Andean world, where they have to see the value of something, or the aging and passing of time, and sense the distance in this latitude of the planet.

Money is what determines the price of something; in the Andean world it is a relation between the necessity and the opportunity of the things they value because what they need in a given moment is not established by price or by the use of money.

Time, in the Andean world, relates to the energy that they dispose of; time does not respond to what a clock or calendar says. Therefore it is confusing when a tourist asks what time they should arrive someplace and the person’s answer does not comply with the tourist’s conception of time.

Distance is the physical space of a dimension, not a meter or a kilometer; in a way it is how big or small something is, or how near or far from the center of capacity it is, it does not come from a measurement.

We are able to confirm where the money is most needed before we start a given project. Also, time drags on when there is little enthusiasm, so a determined project should have lots of energy generated from the idea and the plan and should not be determined or constrained by an abstract time frame such as a year, etc.

The procuress of a project is determined by the ability of individual and collective force to occupy a space.

MONEY AS A MOTIVE FOR THE PROJECT AND FOR THE NECESSITIES OF THE PEOPLE

In the urban society, developed by the occidental culture, money is so necessary that without it, people cannot eat. They may suffer from horrible situations, such as life-threatening diseases, due to lack of money when they are not able to pay for hygienic water services.

The projects that normally respond to the comprehension of reality from the urban world vision view money as a point of departure and arrival for everything.

Normally, when money arrives to a community, it distracts them from their objective and they produce what could be called waste. People that live in rural communities do not want to spend all of the project money on a project when they do not even have all of their vital necessities. Furthermore, the project money creates necessities, or better yet, illusions, that cause anxiety and disorders the reality of rural people. Thus, if the project is created by outsiders, then the sites first decide what their priorities are, not the priorities of the project, and they use the money for other things. Another element to consider is that people of a community can come into conflict and dispute for a share of the money and the things that it can provide for the accountant of a project. The money appears to be a gift that he has access to; and the people that borrow this money are ungrateful as it seems he has an unlimited amount. When the accountant reclaims the money, he then becomes an enemy and if some pay and others do not, then those that don’t pay are considered to be traitors to the group that complied with the obligations.

Oppositely, to be the holder of philosophies for a project takes personal strength and ability; the most valuable projects should be the creation of learning structures that, furthermore, permit the acknowledgement of the people. But right now this is distorted into those that take courses have the right to travel and to enjoy special treatment, which creates a dangerous and harmful situation.

TIME WITHIN THE PROJECTS

The events of the Andean world do not follow a horizontal line as they do in the urban world. The events follow imprecise forms, like a spiral staircase; the energies put toward something live in moments of hard work and moments of depression. The projects in the Andean world function like systems of rituals, without definable time; the people of the communities learn to understand and to manage their environment and their behavior. It is necessary to decide what the indications are to continue or to end the project. So we, for example, stop a project when the community encounters help other than us, or when we see that the collective enthusiasm disappears or does not come at all, or when they produce an irreversible disorder. The ability to enter and leave a community project is important in order to not exhaust forces and resources. This is one of the fundamental differences between us and the models of the projects that are financed by international organizations, governments, or urban societies. They firmly believe that something must begin and conclude with an obligatory time in a specific place and that it is not admissible to withdraw from the place if it was not in the previous plan. They will not admit to the spontaneity of the process.

RELATIONS BETWEEN THE SOCIAL MOTIVES OF A PROJECT, THE PEOPLE AFECTED BY THE PROJECT, AND THE INTERESTS OF THE PROJECT

The process depends on a relation between the motive of a project, the activity proposed, and the community.

The relation between the motive of a project and the proposed activity (tourism in our case) depends on the results obtained, which, for the most part, is translated into money, products, or thoughts to maintain the process.

The relation between the motive of the project and the people of the community depends on the energies generated and the job they do together. It is the sensation of life together that maintains this relation.

And the relation between the proposed activity (tourism) and the people of the community depend on the duration of the activity. People of a community can stay in the activity even though the results are not encouraging if they feel the illusion of life.

For the urban vision, the community would appear as a homogenous body, but in reality, the Andean communities are conflicted groupings of people with characters, temperaments, necessities, and their own selfish thoughts that make the structure conflictive. This is the automatic trigger that historically exists from the independence of Latin America. It is because of this that we prefer to develop the people that act like a social motive of change and not a group, because a group procures to maintain things as they are. To maintain things as they are guarantees the role of the patriarch, religion, leaders, international businesses, politics, the subjection of women and children and of countries to other countries etc.

You could say that the key element of a community project is the person that acts as a social motive of change. This person can bring about more than all of the rest of the community put together. He represents what we could call the point of the sword, or the edge of a knife, without which the weapon is inefficient. Furthermore, he signifies the thought that moves the hand. This person can attract renegades and, with them, can generate a great change.

The people of the community signify the energy that nourishes the enthusiasm of the social motive of change, but are not the social motive of change itself. The people are only contributors.

THE GOALS OF THE PROJECTS

The difference between the projects generated by the occidental conception (or the urban world) and the Andean world is that in the urban society, they base their success in the fulfillment of goals for stages that are artificially planted, that are brought from a point of departure to a point of arrival; while the projects planted by the societies of resistance to occidental culture, especially the Andean society, create what cannot be periods or goals, but casual processes in which favorable winds move the vessel along and create a direction to follow, recognizing in this path necessary resources, with their attention set to opportunities that make them permanently alert to make use of the winds and the facilities.

CASUALTY AS A DETERMINANT FACTOR

The occidental society emerged from the agricultural-farming society into the industrial-commercial society and developed the system of organization for the exercise of routines as basic resources. For the societies of resistance to occidental culture, the societies of hunters and gatherers or merchants, improvisation, opportunity, adaptability and resistance are the key results to obtain.

The moment in which thoughts, information, and modes of communication and production leave those who hold it exclusively and are permitted in the development of personal abilities over the group abilities, and when the possibilities of the people emerge as an alternative to industrial control or great businesses, the conduct of the societies of resistance to the occidental culture are under the control of political parties and the transnationals. They encounter niches in which to prosper, like societies of thought, in which democracy gives everybody a say; in a place that is a representative of the decisions of everybody, micro businesses emerge. But to close this option, the commercial and industrial occidental culture tries to finance and popularize conducts according to their model of how to proceed, which is based on the notion of production in masses, in place of personalized production, which has no control over supply and demand. This is how they finance the collective production of coco, but not of chocolates.

CLIMATE CHANGE AS AN ACCELERATING FACTOR FOR THE CHANGES AND DETERIORATION OF THE MODERN COMMERCIAL INDUSTRY OF THE OCCIDENT

Nature is greatly influenced by the contamination and alterations created from the voracity of the cities that break the environmental equilibrium and generate unprecedented conditions. The marginalized society of the planet lives like this as a daily routine without long-term perspective, as they can adapt more easily with their versatility. The occidental society, which achieved to have climate and environmental factors under control, see within the alterations of external order, a situation from which their machinery can either help them to escape from or can bring their dependency to accelerate the collapse. This fracture of the standardized conditions of the occidental society creates a new model of social conduct between the vigilantes and those that form plans in universities and urban centers.
Many of the criteria that the planners and professionals formed within the schemes of the society of domination of the masses by means of political parties, which achieved control of the countries, especially the developed countries with one party systems (communism) or multiple party systems (capitalists), now confront the reaction of societies under the religious domination of the Christians, Islamic, Hindus, or Buddhists, or the domination of military force and nationalism such as the nationalistic ethnic societies of Africa, or political party crisis, such as in the Andean world.

THE SOCIETY OF THOUGHT AND THE DOMINION OF TIME AND SPACE AS A NEW AGENT OF CHANGE

In the society of thought that we now live in, every person has a different philosophy that determines a particular conduct and their own necessities; they pretend to unify all the common conducts of the imaginative capacity of creativity under the philosophy unified by standards given by intimidation, fear, or seduction of money. Conducts appear with an identity that opposes the model force.

The development of the Internet, satellite communication, and interactive communication, fractures the power of newspapers, TV, and the traditional radio, which are the center of power in cities and their political parties, and generate the conduct of the masses, such as consuming and group submission.

Many of the projects with an urban, occidental world vision procure that things change because the community operates like a human mass, dealt or driven by a leader that may use methods of consensus or methods without consensus to attain something.

THE NEW SOCIAL CONDUCT

Community action responds better every day to the collective identification of necessary conditions so that every one will be a leader and at the same time compliment the work of others.

The role of the social motive of change operates like a flame, as a reactor that alters the evolved course of the problem and generates a personal, and then collective, reaction before an adverse common element.

Many of the projects that were proposed by cities or centers of global decisions in developed countries failed because they pretend that the human masses are all producing the same activity or that they are all subjected to a massive necessity- to create a volume of supply and demand, which makes the system of production and consumption on a large scale possible.

The sacrifice of natural resources kills the biodiversity of the planet, generates contamination, and creates catastrophic effects such as climate change, the grave disappearance of glaciers and species, the destruction of forests and oceans, and the loss of cultural identities.

But perhaps the biggest problem is that the projects are created to satisfy foreign demands and they introduce necessities to create markets instead of understanding local values. So, for example, the people would rather drink Coca Cola than a good fruit juice.

Finally, the projects with an urban, occidental vision offer what exists in a given place to the highest bidder.

Los procesos de desarrollo del ecoturismo inteligente en comunidades

Uno de los grandes problemas en el desarrollo sustentable son las metodologías que se aplican. En la sociedad occidental se ha desarrollado el criterio de trabajo en función del dinero, tiempo y espacio que responden a la visión Europea-norteamericana, que fue el lugar donde se inventó y aplicó exitosamente como medida estos tres elementos de la realidad actual.

LAS CONTRADICCIONES ENTRE EL LOS CONCEPTOS DE TIEMPO, ESPACIO Y DINERO DEL EL MUNDO ANDINO Y LA CULTURA OCCIDENTAL URBANA.

El tiempo un invento inglés (hora, minutos y segundos) y el metro un invento francés, y las monedas, un invento urbano euro-asiático, no se compaginan con la comprensión de esto en el mundo andino, que tiene que ver con el valor de algo, el envejecimiento o paso del tiempo y el sentido de la distancia en esta latitud del planeta.
El dinero y que determinan el precio de algo, en el mundo andino es una relación entre la necesidad y la oportunidad, las cosas valen porque se las necesita en el momento apropiado no por el precio establecido por el uso de las monedas.
El tiempo tiene una relación con la energía que se dispone de manera que el tiempo no responde a los que dice el reloj o el calendario. Por eso no es comprensible cuando un turista de un país pregunta cuanto tarda una persona en llegar y la gente le contesta con un tiempo que no se cumple.
Y la distancia el espacio físico, desde la dimension del esfuerzo o la capacidad, no un metro ni un kilometro, de manera que algo es grande o pequeño, cercano o lejano desde la compension de la capacidad de abarcar algo, no desde la medida.

Podaríamos afirmar que es más importante el dinero para lo más necesario en el momento oportuno antes que la cantidad de dinero para un proyecto.
De igual manera se puede decir que el tiempo, es mas largo cuando menos entusiasmo y atención despiertan en la población, por lo que el tiempo que debe durar un proyecto esta determinado por la energía que la idea y el plan generan no por un plazo abstracto como un año, etc.
Y la cobertura de un proyecto esta determinado por la capacidad de esfuerzo individual y colectivo para ocupar un espacio.

EL DINERO COMO MOTOR DEL PROYECTO Y LAS NECESIDADES DE LAS PERSONAS

En la sociedad urbana, desarrollada por la cultura occidental, el dinero es tan necesario que sin dinero no es sólo que no se puede comer, sino algo más terrible no se puede sacar, porque no se puede pagar el agua del servicio higénico.

Los proyectos que normalmente responden a la comprensión de la realidad desde la cosmovisión urbana, también fijan en el dinero como punto de partida y de llegada para todo.

Pero cuando llega el dinero a la comunidad normalmente este se distrae de su objetivo y se produce lo que se podría llamar despilfarro. Esto se debe a que las personas de una comunidad no urbana priorizan no aquello para lo que el dinero estaba destinado en el proyecto, sino sus necesidades vitales. Pero además el dinero de los proyectos llega a crear necesidades o mejor dicho ilusiones, que son la causa de una ansiedad que desordena la realidad de las personas rurales. Así, si el proyecto era para motores fuera de borda, los campesinos primero resuelven lo que son sus prioridades, no las prioridades del proyecto y usan el dinero en otras cosas, por lo que les cuesta luego pagar el crédito o tener lo sufieciente para comprar el motor.
Otro elemento a considerar es que en la mayor parte de los personas de una comunidad entran en conflicto y disputa por dinero y cosas que pueden proveer un proveedor o financista de proyectos. Esto se debe a que si lo que se da es una cosa, esta parece un regalo al que tiene acceso, los escogidos por el dueño del dinero y se cree que el estar congraciado con el proveedor del dinero ya es estarlo siempre. Cuando el financista reclama el pago, entonces se convierte en un enemigo y si unos pagan y otros no, los que no pagan consideran traidores al grupo a los que cumplen con las obligaciones.

Pasa lo contrario respecto a lo que puede ser el obtener conocimientos en un proyecto, ya que esto depende del esfuerzo y capacidad personal, los proyectos lo mas valioso debe ser la creación de estructuras de aprendizaje que además permiten el reconocimiento de la gente mas capaz. Pero amenudo esto es distorsion y los que tienen cursos de capacitación tienen derecho a viajar, a disfgrutar de trato especial en cuyo caso la situación es peligrosa y dañina.

EL TIEMPO EN LOS PROYECTOS

Los eventos en el mundo andino no siguen una linea horizontal, como frecuentemente se cree en la graficación de un proyecto hecho con la vision urbana; los eventos pudiera decirse que siguen formas imprecisas, en la mayor parte de los casos espirales, en la que las energías viven un momento de incremento y de depresión.
Los proyectos en el mundo andino funcionan como sistemas de rituales, casi sin tiempo definible, en los que ciertas personas de la comunidad van aprendiendo a entender y a manejar su entorno y su comportamiento. Por esto es necesario decidir cuales son las señales que permiten continuar o terminar el proyecto independintemente de cualquier cronograma. Asi nosotros por ejemplo, dejamos el proyecto cuando la comunidad ya encuentra otras ayudas además de la nuestra, o cuando vemos que el entusiasmo colectivo desapareció o no viene dentro de un plazo, con almenos una señal positiva, o cuando se produjo un desorden irreversible. La posibilidad de entrar y salir facilmente del proyecto y la comunidad, son la clave para no agotar esfuerzos y recursos inutilmente. Esta es una de las diferencias fundamentales e inadmisibles de los modelos de los proyectos que quieren y financian los organismos internacionales, los gobiernos , o la sociedad urbana, ellos creen firmemente que algo que empieza obligadamente tiene que concluir en un tiempo, en un lugar y con un monto, no les es admisible el juego de prolongarse retirarse de un lugar si no hay un plan previo, no admiten la espontaneidad de los procesos.

RELACIONES ENTRE LOS MOTORES SOCIALES DEL PROYECTO, LAS PERSONAS AFECTADAS POR EL PROYECTO Y LOS INTERESES DEL PROYECTO

El proceso depende de una relación entre la motor del proyecto, la actividad propuesta y la comunidad.
La relación entre el motor del proyecto y la actividad propuesta (turismo en nuestro caso), depende de los resultados obtenidos, que en la mayor parte de los casos se traducen en dinero, productos o conocimientos capaces de mantener el proceso.
La relación entre los motores del proyecto y las personas de la comunidad dependen de las energías generadas e invertidas, o sea del trabajo conjunto. Es la sensación de la vivencia juntos lo que mantiene esta relación.
Y la relación entre la actividad propuesta ( turismo ) y las perosnas comunidad dependen de la duración de la actividad. De manera que las personas de una comunidad puede permanecer en la actividad aunque los resultados no sean alentadores, si se siente con la ilusión viva.
Para la vision urbana la comunidad pareciera como un cuerpo homogeneo, pero en la realidad comunitaria andina, la comunidad es una agrupación conflictiva en que existen personas y como tales con caracter, temperamento, necesidades y sobre todo pensamientos propios, que hacen que esta estructura sea conflictiva, sobre todo cuando se la quiere someter al patron de conducta masiva. A esto se debe la atomización que históricamente existe desde la independencia en América Latina.
Es por eso que preferimos apoyar a las personas que actúan como motor social de cambio y no al grupo, porque el grupo procura mantener las cosas como están aunque en su discurso y acciones se manifieste lo contrario. Mantener las cosas como están garantizan el papel del patriarcado, la religión, los jefes y caciques, las compañias internacionales, los polticos, el sometimiento de la mujer, los niños, y el país a otros países, etc.

Se puede decir que el elemento clave de un proyecto comunitario es la persona que va a desempeñarse como motor social de cambio. Esta persona puede valer mas que toda la comunidad junta, pues representa lo que podríamos llamar la punta de la lanza o el filo del cuchillo sin el cual esta arma es realmente ineficiente, pero además significa el pensamiento que mueve la mano. Esta persona puede atraer personas renegadas con las condiciones impuestas a su futuro y con ellas aun si fueran pocas pude generar un gran cambio.

Las personas de la comunidad significan la energía, que alimentan el entusiasmo del motor social de cambio, pero no son el motor social de cambio. La personas solo son contribuyentes.

LAS METAS DE LOS PROYECTOS

La diferencia entre los proyectos generados por la concepción occidental o urbana del mundo fundan su éxito en el cumplimiento de metas por etapas artificiosamente planteadas, que llevan de un punto de partida a un punto de llagada; mientras los proyectos planteados por las sociedades de resistencia a la cultura occidental en especial la sociedad andina, plantean que no puede haber ni períodos ni metas, sino procesos casuales en las que los vientos propicios mueven la nave y solo se plantea la dirección a seguir, recogiendo en el camino los recursos necesarios y con la atención puesta en el sentido de la oportunidad que nos pone en alerta permanentemente para aprovechar los vientos y facilidades que nos puede dar el lugar, el momento y la casualidad.

LA CASUALIDAD COMO FACTOR DETERMINANTE

Para la sociedad occidental que emergió de la sociedad agrícola-ganadera y de la sociedad industrial-comercial y desarrollo la sistematización y la organización para el ejercicio de rutinas son su recursos básico, en tanto las sociedades de resistencia a la cultura occidental, de la sociedad de cazadores y recolectores o comerciantes, improvisación, la oportunidad, adaptabilidad y la resistencia son la clave de los resutados a obtenerse.

Al momento actual en que los conocimientos, la información, los medios de comunicación y producción van dejando de se los ser exclusivos y permiten el desarrollo de habilidades personales sobre las habilidades grupales, y donde las posibilidades de las personas emergen como alternativa al control industrial o gran empresarial, la conducta de las sociedades de resistencia a la cultura occidental bajo el control de partidos políticos y las transnacionales, van encontrando nichos para prosperar como sociedadaes del conocimiento en que la democracia es decir el derecho a decidir en todo por uno mismo, en lugar de que un representantae tome las deciciones por todos, va emergiendo a partir del florecimiento de microempresas.
Pero para cerrar esta opción la cultura occidental comercial e industrial trata de financiar y popularizar conductas acordes a su modelo de proceder, que se basa en la de crear la produccion en masa de cualquier cosa, en lugar de la produccion personalizada, de manera que ellos puedan tener el control de la oferta y la demanda. Es asi como financian la produccion colectiva de cacao pero no de chocolates con marca y particularidades propias.

EL CAMBIO CLIMATICO COMO FACTOR ACELERADOR DE LOS CAMBIOS Y EL DETERIORO DEL MODERNO INDUSTRIAL COMERCIAL DE OCCIDENTE

A esto se suma la influencia de la naturaleza alterada por la contaminación y alteraciones creadas desde la voracidad de las ciudades que rompen del equilibrio ambiental y generan condiciones impredecibles, para las cuales la sociedad marginada del planeta vivió como rutina cotidiana sin perspectivas a largo plazo pueden adaptarse más facimente por su versatilidad, en tanto la sociedad occidental que logró mantener bajo control el clima y los factores de su entorno, ven en las alteraciones del orden externo o natural una situación crítica de la que su maquinaria puede ayudarle a escapar o llevarla o su dependencia acelerar el colapso.
Esa fractura de las condiciones estandarizadas de la sociedad occidental hacen de terreno fértil para que un nuevo modelo de conducta social entre en vigencia y rompan con los esquemas que plantean los planificadores formados en las universidades y centros urbanos.

Muchos de los criterios de los planificadores y profesionales formados en los esquemas de la sociedad de dominación de masas por medio de partidos políticos, que lograron el control de los países especialmente los desarrollados sea como partido unico (comunismo) o multiples (capitalistas) enfrentan ahora la reacción de las sociedades bajo la dominación religiosa cristiana, islamicia, induista o buidsta o bajo la dominación de la fuerza militrares y nacionalismo como las sociedades nacionalistas étnicas de África, y hasta del mundo andino en la que los partidos están en crisis.

LA SOCIEDAD DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y DOMINIO DEL TIEMPO Y EL ESPACIO COMO NUEVO AGENTE DE CAMBIO

En la sociedad del conocimiento que ahora vivimos cada persona es una pensamiento diferente que determina una conducta particular y necesidades propias, el pretender unificar a todos en conductas comunes disminuye la capacidad imaginativa, de búsqueda y de creatividad.
Bajo el pensamiento unificado por pautas dadas por la intimidación, el temor o la seducción del dinero, va apareciendo las conductas con identidad que se oponen al modelo vigente.
El desarrollo de la internet de la comunicacion saltelital, de la comunicacion interactiva, fracturan el poder de los periódicos, la television y la radio tradicional que son el centro del poder de las ciudades y de sus partidos politicos y que generaron las conductas masivas como el consumo y el sometimiento grupal.

Gran parte de los proyectos con la cosmovisión urbano occidental procuran que las cosas cambien porque la comunidad opera como una masa humana arreada por un líder que puede usar métodos de concenso o sin concenso para conseguir algo.

LA NUEVA CONDUCTA SOCIAL

La acción comunitaria cada día responde mejor de la identificacción colectiva de las condiciones necesarias para que cada uno sea el señor y dueño de si mismo y al mismo tiempo el complemento de los otros.
El papel del motor social de cambio es operar como una llama, como una encima, como un reactor que altera el curso evolutivo del problema y genera una reacción personal y luego colectiva ante un elemento adverso común.
Mucho del fracaso de los proyectos propuestos o dinamizados desde las ciudades y los centros de decisión global en países desarrollados, es que pretenden masas humanas haciendo una misma actividad productiva y de servicios o sometidas a una masiva necesidad, a estándares, para crear un volumen de oferta y demanda, que haga factible una capacidad interesante para sistema de producción y consumo a gran escala que ellos manejan.

Pero esto sacrifica recursos naturales, mata la biodiversidad, genera contaminación, conductas consumistas irreflexivas con en un efecto catastrófico como lo es el cambio climático, la desaparición en grandes proporciones de glaciares, de especies, la debastación de bosques y océanos o la perdida de las identidades culturales e incluso personales.
Pero quizás el mayor problema es que los proyectos se hacen para satisfacer demandas ajenas o necesidades introducidas para crear mercados en lugar de entender lo valioso que cada persona tiene. Asi por ejemplo la gente valora tomar cocacola que un buen jugo de frutas.
Finalmente los proyectos con vision urbano occidental procuran ofrecer lo que existe en un lugar al mejor postor.

INTELLIGENT TOURISM

THE VISION OF THE ECOTRACKERS NETWORK

Ecotrackers Network is a foundation interested in creating a network of communities, people, and organizations interested in the cultural biodiversity of Ecuador.

OUR NETWORK AND CENTER OF INFORMATION

This network forms as part of a nucleus, or a center of capacity. The center of information is based on the work and the finances given to us by the volunteers and students of Ecuador and from all over the world

OUR VOLUNTEERS AND STUDENTS

The volunteers and students that are received by Ecotrackers have been coming since 1998 and have worked all over the country in 20 small communities near national parks in 10 areas that are protected by Ecuador, its schools, and its universities.

The students and volunteers receive an orientation so that they know what to do, where to stay, what to eat, to have the information of a local expert, to gain knowledge of the Spanish language, or of a different language spoken in an indigenous community, and if it is the case that they want to have a secure and prolonged stay, they will also have their visas.

SECURITY AS A PRINCIPAL RISK FACTOR FOR THE TRAVELERS IN ENTERPRISED COUNTRIES

Security is a factor that is becoming more and more complicated for people visiting developing countries. These countries have an uncontrollable population growth, a rapid exhaustion of natural resources, a violent influence from the media and the news, and a fraction of their social necessities, which exceed the interest of vital necessities. There is delinquency, prostitution, and violence. The first and easiest victims are the travellers as they offer the least resistance, they are not in the condition to confront the long and complicated process that would arise if the delinquent that targeted them were to be captured, and they are not able to easily recognize the particular factions and strategies of these bandits.

THE NEW TRAVELERS

At some point in their lives, the students and volunteers of the world are people that feel the need to travel; they live in an internal contradiction of a society that has all and gives them many opportunities, but it doesn’t give them a perspective of happiness. They are condemned to become consumers – producers, part of an unjust order that exploits the poor countries that provide by hand their primary materials with cheap work.

THE MODEL OF DEVELOPED EFFECT

The formation process that Ecotrackers gives to their volunteers, their travellers, and their national collaborators consists of teaching themto refute the established order, by means of the mechanisms of education, commercial industry, and the means of communication. The countries that surrender their human resources, their work, and their natural resources to the countries and people of Europe, the United Status and the newly developed countries that are established in our territories, as well as the big cities and the people of the big cities, grow every day in voracity, exhausting human resources and natural resources of the peripheral areas and the influence and manipulation of those countries causes the conduct and the conditions of life for our people to split.

The process consists of developing the conscience and the capacity to transfer the resources of the countries and the poles of development of the world to places with less development for the protection of biodiversity and the cultural diversity of the planet and to give to every person in these places the capacity of conveying the same thing, and to live without dependence and not to submit to the foreigners and their businesses in their cities and developed countries.

THE PROCESS OF CHANGE AND CONDUCT

This process begins with convincing the volunteer and the student of mechanisms so that the resources of their countries and cities enhance life, beginning with the personal contribution that is most valuable, that we have our time and our knowledge, followed by the small economic contribution that permits people from a place to allot their time, their knowledge, and their resources to teach visitors how protect species and cultures by means of comprehending reality from another dimension, not academia, which is work, or with the transformation of reality by means of human activity.

THE FIGHT AGAINST THE TRANSNATIONALITY OF TOURISM, EDUCATION, AND VOLUNTEER WORK

The process is complemented by the fight against transnational businesses of voluntary tourism and studies, that offer opportunities in our countries at the cost of sensitizing the population of poor countries by exploiting them and obtaining their finances while the communities and the places that they say are being helped are left only to exhaust a minor part of their utilities. This form of exploitation of the people of these countries and the urban developed poles also contains much deceit, they are badly paid, with few donations, and little construction and paint, etc. They take much of the utilities from the poor communities, the aboriginal cultures, and the children of the street. In other cases they make a network with established and organized foreigners that have existed historically by using compassion as a means to get back money into our countries, however this makes the money that they do have circulate only between a certain group of people without bringing any money or any center of education to the poor or to their environment. The ability to fight this problem is possible thanks to the Internet as it permits travellers to connect directly with communities and to not need intermediary exploiters.

THE NEW SCIENTIFIC HUMANTARIAN COLONIZATION

The fight against the transnationality of tourism, the education of a given place and volunteer work are new forms of colonization, different from the colonization of the territorial appropriations of Rome or religious colonizations, as in the case of Latin America and a great part of the world- we suffered from the arrival of Christopher Columbus to America. It is also different from the commercial colonization developed since the industrial revolution of England and the United States, the industrial colonization from the industrialized countries. Now there is the informative colonization of knowledge. This new form, the conquest of the masters of knowledge and the patents, colonize us by means of humanitarian criteria and sciences that after 500 years of rapid destruction to the planet, thanks to the development of the models of the agricultural production, urbanization, business, industrialization, and the control of communications, educative patrons, brought uncontrollable problems like climate change, population growth, deforestation and biological depredation, the proliferation of arms of mass destruction, and the impersonal conducts that today drag the mass population, fanatics or consumers to thoughtless, deprived, and uncontrollable attitudes.

THE REACTION OF THE INTELLIGENT HUMAN SOCIETY

At the forefront of this situation the human society that is most intellectually developed begins to react. They want to escape from this world of reflections conditioned by the propaganda and the publicity, they want to stop the model of conduct, the personalities, and modes of living that have no identity and cannot

recognize the uniqueness of every person. These intellectual people want to leave, watch, learn, help, and they want an independent job, a secure economy, and an identity of equality for every other human, every life form, and everything around them. They do not want to be standard, to be the homogeneity, the indistinction, to have the absence of the personality or that of others. They do not want to succumb to the intolerance of the differences or generalizations, as these acts permit to form solidarity, field workers, business people, students, communities, thoughtless rich jobs, and automatic routines.

They do not want to collaborate with the accumulation of riches in few hands, with the privilege of knowledge of only a few, with the possibility to travel but learn only a bit, with the possibility of protecting nature only in the hands of those that have private forests or control reserved areas for them and their allied groups. They want all that exists as good and as bad as a reason to fight collectively, every day shared by more people and a clear expression of solidarity with that which today is the feeblest and sensitive plant, the life in all their manifestations. This is the new form of understanding reality and of enjoying oneself: tolerance and sharing differences.

TOURISM AND FOREIGN INVASION IN THE WORLD

They characterize the motive of this new society of social access to knowledge and of the human domination of time and distance because the travelers, they are how they are- they can be tourists, explorers, refugees or immigrants, and they have a new motive in the world, as before, in the 20^th century, they were simply workers for a salary. This new motive, that comes from the unmemorable dates in which humans were nomads, has converted a mass of humans that historically that have moved due to wars, catastrophes, epidemics, and the conquest of America. 20 million Africans slaves and millions of immigrants from all over Europe arrived to the New World. Today the ex-European empires and the North American empires of industry and commerce have invaded with waves of immigrants in an incontainable flow of foreigners and now all corners of the world are invaded with travellers, tourists and immigrants of the developed countries from every continent.

Travellers have always been new ports of knowledge and social conduct that have produced inventions, development, constructions, etc. This process has now greatly enhanced the control of the United States. The political parties, religions or reigns of particular people from the dominant societies confront the fracture of their frontiers, of their moral conduct, of their laws, and of their traditions. The established order of the world will be quartered by all sides and its bases confronted with new necessities for humans born of their own technology and possibilities.

TOURISM AS THE LAST FORM OF HUMILIATION OF IMPOVERISHED COUNTRIES

The doctrine that they teach in impoverished countries is ``the customer is always right.´´ These clients can be perverse, opportunists, exploiters, abusive, a talent to nobody in their own country, a rat of the human race, but in our world, is a ´tourist´, and when he is a tourist, a volunteer, or a traveller, and he is not complacent or satisfied, then he is an enemy; an enemy with guides, books, webpages, and a thousand other forms of intercommunication, where the most confounded of people can have voice and are able to create ominous atmospheres to attack those that satisfy them.

We are obligated to make them smile even though they come to our countries to humiliate our children by means of sex tourism, to eat our animals in exotic plates, the tourism condemns us to see them drink and behave irrationally with drugs, they prostitute everything we have, with the conscience that they buy and sell in ´amiability´. Their money is the only thing of value; we do not value anything else. As of right now, only our thieves, bribers, sicknesses and dangers are what put a minimum of fear into their abuses.

NEW COMMUNITY TOURISM

Community tourism is a model of tourism that Ecotrackers proposes so that a traveller can come to understand the social fabric of a community. This is a relationship of mutual protection, of identity, and of self-respect. The tourist lives with the people exactly how they live, without any special treatment, as this will allow them to understand the work that it takes to obtain water, to plant crops, to fish, to have food. As they enjoy their experience, they are able to share the good and the bad of other forms of existence and learn that happiness can exist without the model of life that they learned, another vision of health, of sickness, of happiness, and of sadness, they can learn tolerance and adapt to the distinct reality of a collective unknown.

INTELLIGENT TOURISM

For Ecotrackers, intelligent tourism is a conduct that permits travellers to understand the personality of somebody interesting from another place, to understand the life of another species of a plant or an animal, the work in a hospital or a school, the sentiment of a private or a communal party, and the life of a river, a lake, or the sea, etc. It is to find identities and intimidations by means of adaptation, tolerance, study and attention to another individual reality, in which a traveller can encounter similarities with their own eyes and teach themselves patience and to respect differences. This traveller is a person that is conscious of what is most valuable and that all you really have in life is time and your knowledge as a person, animal, or plant. They know that their money is a contribution to maintain the diverse culture and biology of the planet, that they can help to overpower the problems that overwhelm the people, the environment, and the planet, to understand that what they do and have shouldn’t serve to multiply the concentration of the information and riches of the countries and the people of the developed world. The present conscience of the people of the impoverished countries is that they will be invaded or that they will react violently against the developed world for their own survival and that species will continue to disappear at a rate more accelerated than they are disappearing today and that the proliferation of arms and war will be the final product of this accumulation that will bring to us the disappearance of the planet.

Esta red se forma a partir de núcleos o centros de capacitación y del centro de información y a base del trabajo y financiamiento que nos dan voluntarios y estudiantes del ecuador y del mundo.

NUESTROS VOLUNTARIOS Y ESTUDIANTES

Estos voluntarios y estudiantes reciben de Ecotrackers su experiencia que viene desde 1998 y su trabajo en todo el país en 20 comunidades pequeñas próximas a parques nacionales y en 10 áreas protegidas del Ecuador y escuelas colegios y universidades del país.

Los estudiantes y voluntarios reciben orientación para saber que hacer, hospedaje, alimentación, información de un experto local, conocimiento del idioma español o del idioma de la comunidad indígena si es del caso visas cuando quieren tener una estadía prolongada y seguridad.

LA SEGURIDAD COMO PRICIPAL FACTOR DE RIESGO DE LOS VIAJEROS EN LOS PAISES EMPRECIDOS

La seguridad es un factor cada vez más complicado para las personas que vienen de los países desarrollados pues nuestros países están en una descontrolado crecimiento poblacional, un rápido agotamiento de sus recursos naturales, una influencia de la violencia de los medios de comunicación y las noticias, un incremento de sus necesidades sociales que superan al interés por la satisfacción de la necesidades vitales, lo que hace que la delincuencia, la prostitución y la violencia se incremente, siendo las primeras y mas fáciles victimas los viajeros que pueden ofrecer menos resistencia, ellos no están en condiciones de enfrentar los largos y complicados proceso si se captura a un delincuente y no pueden reconocer fácilmente las facciones particulares y estrategias de nuestros bandidos.

LOS NUEVOS VIAJEROS

A su vez los estudiantes y voluntarios del mundo son personas que sienten la necesidad de viajar, viven la contradicción interna de una sociedad que teniendo todo y dándoles muchísimas oportunidades, no les da una perspectiva de felicidad. Los condena a ser consumidores - productores, parte de un orden injusto que explota a los países pobres proveedores de mano de obra barata y de materias primas.

EL MODELO DE DESARROLLO VIGENTE

El proceso de formación que da ecotrackers a sus voluntario, viajeros y colaboradores nacionales e internacionales consiste en enseñarles a revertir el orden establecido, mediante el cual mediante los mecanismos de la educación, el comercio la industria, los medios de comunicación, los países entregan sus recursos humanos, su trabajo y su recursos naturales a los países y personas de Europa, Estados Unidos y los nuevos países desarrollados, que se establecen en nuestros territorios, así como a las grandes ciudades y personas de las grandes ciudades que cada día crecen voraces en nuestro propios países, agotando los recursos humanos y naturales de sus áreas periféricas o de influencia y manipulando a su favor con la conducta y condiciones de vida de nuestra gente para sacar partido.

El proceso consiste en desarrollar la conciencia y la capacidad de trasladar los recursos de los países y polos de desarrollo del mundo hacia los lugares con menor desarrollo o para la protección de la biodiversidad y la diversidad cultural del planeta y darle a cada persona de estos lugares la capacidad de conducirse por si mismo, y de vivir sin depender de entregar lo mejor de si a los forasteros y empresas de las ciudades o de países desarrollados.

EL PROCESO DE CAMBIO DE CONDUCTA

Este proceso empieza con el convencer al voluntario y estudiante de mecanismos para que los recursos de sus países y ciudades vayan a favor de la vida, empezando por el aporte personal de lo más valioso que tenemos que es nuestro tiempo y nuestro conocimiento seguido de un pequeño aporte económico que permita a la gente del lugar destinar su tiempo, sus conocimiento y su recursos a enseñar al visitante como ser útil a la protección de especies, y de culturas mediante la comprensión de la realidad desde otra dimensión no académica que es el trabajo, o sea la transformación de la realidad mediante la actividad humana.

LA LUCHA CONTRA LAS TRANSNACIONALES DEL TURISMO LA EDUCACION Y EL VOLUNTARIADO.

El proceso se complementa por la lucha contra empresas transnacionales de turismo voluntariado y estudios, que ofrecen oportunidades en nuestros países y lugares a costa de sensibilizar a la población de los países pobres para explotarlos obteniendo de ellos ganancias mientras a las comunidades y lugares que dicen ayudar solo le entregan una menor parte de sus utilidades. Esta manera explotan a las personas de los países y polos urbanos desarrollados, en tanto también engañan, malos pagos, con pequeñas donaciones, alguna construcción o pintura, etc. a las comunidades pobres, culturas aborígenes, niños de la calle, de las que obtienen grandes utilidades. En otros casos hacen una red con extranjeros establecidos u organizaciones que históricamente han vivido de usar la compasión como medio de recoger dinero en nuestros países, haciendo que el dinero que ellos tienen circule solo entre su gente sin llegar a la gente pobre o a la naturaleza no privatizada o centros de estudio bajo su control. Esta lucha es posible gracias a la Internet que permite a los viajeros conectarse directamente y no necesitar de intermediarios explotadores.

LA NUEVA COLONIZACION CIENTIFICA HUMANITARIA

La lucha contra estas transnacionales del turismo, la educación en el lugar y el voluntariado, que son nuevas formas de colonización diferentes a la colonización de apropiación territorial de Roma o la colonización religiosa que en el caso de América Latina y gran parte del mundo sufrimos desde la llegada de Cristóbal Colón a América , la colonización comercial desarrollada desde la revolución industrial de Inglaterra y Estados Unidos, la colonización industrial desde los países industrializados y ahora la colonización informática y del conocimiento. Esta nueva forma, la conquista de los dueños del conocimiento y las patentes, nos colonizan mediante criterios humanitarios y científicos que tras 500 años de una rápida destrucción del planeta gracias al desarrollo de sus modelos de producción agrícola, urbana, de comercio, de la industrialización y su control de las comunicaciones, patrones educativos, llevaron a problemas incontrolables como el cambio climático, el crecimiento poblacional, la deforestación y depredación biológica, , la proliferación de armas de destrucción masiva y las conductas impersonales que hoy arrastran a masas populistas, fanáticas o de consumidores a actitudes irreflexivas, depredadoras e incontrolables.

LA REACCION DE LA SOCIEDAD HUMANA INTELIGENTE

Frente a esta situación la sociedad humana con más desarrollo intelectual, comienza a reaccionar, quieren escapar de este mundo de reflejos condicionados desde la propaganda y la publicidad, quieren dejar atrás modelo de conductas, personalidades y formas de vivir que no tienen identidad y no pueden reconocer la particularidad de cada persona. Estas nuevas personas quieren salir, mirar, aprender, ayudar, quieren un trabajo independiente, una seguridad económica y una identidad para si mismo y para cada ser humano, cada forma de vida y cada cosa que les rodea. Ya no quieren los estándares, la homogeneidad, la indistinción, la ausencia de la personalidad en sí y en los demás, la intolerancia de frente las diferencias, las generalizaciones, esas conductas que permitieron formar soldados, campesinos trabajadores, empresarios, estudiantes, comunidades, riqueza trabajos irreflexivos, autómatas en sus rutinas.

Ya no quieren colaborar con la acumulación de la riqueza en pocas manos, con el privilegio del conocimiento para unos pocos, con la posibilidad de viajar y aprender solo para unos cuantos, con la posibilidad de proteger la naturaleza sólo en manos de los que tienen bosques privados o controlan áreas reservadas para ellos y su grupo de aliados. Quieren que todo lo que existe como bueno y como malo sea una razón de lucha colectiva, cada día compartida por más personas y una clara expresión de solidaridad con lo que hoy es lo más débil y sensible del planta, la vida en todas sus manifestaciones. Esta es la nueva forma de entender la realidad y de divertirse: tolerando y compartiendo las diferencias.

EL TURISMO Y LA INVACION EXTRAJERA EN EL MUNDO

El motor de esta nueva sociedad de acceso social al conocimiento y de dominación humana del tiempo y la distancia se caracteriza porque los viajeros, sean como sean, unas veces como turista o explorador, otras como refugiando o como emigrante, se convierten en el nuevo motor del mundo, como antes lo fueron los trabajadores por un salario en el siglo XX. Este nuevo motor que lo es desde fechas inmemoriales en que el ser humano era nómada, se han convertido en masa humanas que históricamente se han movido a partir de las guerras humanas, catástrofes, epidemias, ya en conquista de América llegaron al Nuevo Mundo 20 millones de africanos como esclavos y millones de emigrantes de todos los continentes en especial de Europa. Hoy los ex imperios europeos y el imperio comercial e industrial norteamericano se ven invadidos por oleadas de emigrantes en un flujo incontenible de extranjeros y a la vez que todos los rincones de mundo son invadidos de oleadas de viajeros, turistas y emigrantes de los países desarrollados de todos los continentes.

Los viajeros siempre han sido portadores de nuevos conocimientos y conductas sociales que han producido inventos, desarrollo, construcciones, etc. Este proceso ahora ha desbordado el control de los estados. Las sociedades de dominación de los partidos políticos, de religiones o reinos de personas, confrontan la fractura de sus fronteras, de sus conductas morales, de sus leyes, de sus tradiciones. El orden establecido en el mundo se va cuarteando por todos lados y sus bases confrontan las nuevas necesidades del ser humano nacidas de su propia tecnología y posibilidades inventadas.

EL TURISMO COMO LA ULTIMA FORMA DE HUMILLACION DE LOS PAISES EMPOBRECIDOS

La doctrina que se enseña en los países pobres, es que “el cliente siempre tiene la razón”. Puede ser un maldito, un oportunista, un explotador, un abusivo, un don nadie en su país, una rata humana en su mundo, pero en el nuestro es “el turista”, y cuando el turista, voluntario o viajero no es complacido o satisfecho es un enemigo que tiene guías, libros, paginas Web y mil formas de intercomunicarse, donde los mas malditos de ellos tienen voz y pueden crear atmósferas nefastas para atacar a los que no le satisfacen.

Estamos obligados a sonreírles aunque vengan a nuestros países a humillar a nuestros niños mediante el turismo sexual, a comer nuestros animales en platos exóticos, el turismo nos condena a verlos beber y comportarles irracionalmente con drogas, a convertirnos todos en prostitutas, en conciencias que se compran y se venden en “amables”. Su dinero es lo único que vale, nosotros no valemos nada. Solo nuestros ladrones y bribones o nuestras enfermedades y peligros son por ahora los que les logran poner un mínimo de temor a sus abusos.

EL NUEVO TURISMO COMUNITARIO

El turismo comunitario es un modelo de turismo propuesto por Ecotrackers en que el viajero viene a comprende el tejido social de una comunidad. Esto es sus relaciones de protección mutua, de identidad, de autoestima. El turista vive con la gente como, vive la gente, sin nada especial para él, así el pude entender el trabajo que cuesta obtener agua, sembrar, pescar, tener alimentos, como la gente se divierte, comparte se conecta, descubre lo malo y lo bueno deestas otras formas de existir y que la felicidad como sin el modelo que a le enseñaron, otra visión de la salud, la enfermedad, la alegría y la tristeza , aprende tolerancia y una adaptación a la realidad distinta de una colectividad desconocida.

EL TURISMO INTELIGENTE

Este turismo inteligente es para la Ecotrackers una conducta que le permite al viajero entender la personalidad de alguien interesante en otro lugar, entender la vida de una especie de animal o planta, el trabajo humano en hospital en una escuela, el sentir de la gente en una fiesta privada o popular, como es la vida de un río, de un lago, del mar, etc. Es encontrar identidades e intimidades mediante una conducta de adaptación, tolerancia, estudio y atención a otra realidad individual, en la que el viajero puede encontrar semejanzas pero sobre todo es testigo ocular y maestro de su propia paciencia y respeto a las diferencias. Este viajero es una persona que está conciente que lo más valioso que tiene él y todo lo que tiene vida es el tiempo, y sus conocimientos como persona, animal o planta. Sabe que su dinero es una contribución a mantener la diversidad cultural y biológica en el planeta, que puede ayudar a superar los problemas que agobian a la gente, a la naturaleza y al planeta, entiende que lo que hace y tiene no debería servir para multiplicar la concentración de la información y la riqueza en países y personas del mundo desarrollado. Está conciente que de continuar esta concentración las personas de los países pobres les invadiremos o reaccionaremos violentamente contra el mundo desarrollado para salvar nuestra supervivencia y que las especies continuaran desapareciendo a un ritmo aun más acelerado que al quedesaparecen hoy o que la proliferación de las armas y la guerra será el producto final de esta acumulación que nos puede llevar a la desaparición como planeta.

THE EQUINOCTIAL PHILOSOPHY

The equinoctial philosophy was presented for the first time at the FORUM OF THE AMERICAS which took place in Quito in 2004.

The equinoctial philosophy is a series of reflections that proposes another way to understand the social processes from an optic born in a place, considered by scientific observations since 1736, as the geographical center of the World: Ecuador.
This philosophy procures to confront the Euro-North American conception of the social processes of exploitation and domination of the other parts of the world, because since the Greek conquests, the western philosophy developed by them has been the ideological mechanism of conducting and concentrating all of the resources of the planet in Europe, then in the United States and later in the nucleus of development that adopted the industrial world view – commercial centers such as Japan, Canada, Australia, and now China and India, the Asian dragons.
The equinoccial philosophy is born from a conception of reality that is not from the world domination raised by the west, that configures the relations between people and their mode of influence on the basis of domination, transformation, and use of matter; neither is it the oriental conception that looks internally, in the internal conscience of human action or domination of human qualities. It is its own conception of the African-American world that relates the human life to the environment and all of its manifestations, in a way that the world is an interdependent material and a translated spirit in the human life and in all of the lives of those that have not been made by human beings.
The Pacific-Andean-Amazonian conception is a reality that confronted the 500 years of Euro-North American domination and that conceived an integrated universe for the environment and man in an interdependence, where the environment is the director of destinations and man is the interpreter. The European world started from a conception of domination of territorial space, agriculture in the metropolis, and the concept of civilization (world of cities); it was the rock of the system of geo-military, religious and political control. The Asian world conceived domination from the protection of the human interior and the system of control was based on spiritual identities assimilated by self discipline, the internalized acceptation of authority, and power translated into generations and hierarchies; this rigid hierarchy structure was supported in secure places such as temples and cities, as the feudal model was their point of origin.
The Eurocentric and pro-North American philosophies expanded through the world starting with the Grecian wars, but they consolidated with the moral domination of the masses and the worship of the Christian cross, then the political domination of the masses that procure the separation of church and state and by means of models of control founded a system from multiple parties, or capitalism, and the one party system, or socialism – communism.
Although the European conquistadors were taught to concentrate on riches and power, and this has led the planet to its greatest wars and devastation, their central idea was always to transport the resources of the world to their urban centers. This model was first assimilated by the United Status, then Japan, Russia, the Asian dragons such as Korea, and now China, India, and most recently Brazil. This has created an environmental crisis that has translated into the serious possibility of the disappearance of the Earth, mainly by multiplied population growth; great numbers of people are abruptly appearing all over the world. Above all, we demand resources from the planet to satisfy the overflowed necessities that we accelerate day to day and that doesn’t signify only more people, but more people that want more and more things. Another factor is the capacity of destruction by means of arms of mass destruction that appear in all parts of the world and are no longer an exclusive resource to those countries with grand potential, but now they are in the hands of people with religious or political movements, and they can use these arms to legitimize their power or their intentions. A third factor is the climate change that has generated contamination and uses of the natural resources by human beings, we are breaking with the natural equilibrium and are now affecting the life of this disappearing planet. These critical factors sum up a chain reaction of complications.
The domination of a western culture founded on Christianity, anti-Christianity, Marxism, overseas commerce, industry, or policy was conceived from the geographic center of the world situated in the Mediterranean European axis with a primary base in Rome. It was then passed to different European powers. They all conformed to the glory of their empires, and that brought them to perceive themselves as the center of the universe, to the point that they considered that the Earth was a Christian world, around which turned the sun, a flat world with mythological beings. It then brought them to the discovery of a route to the Indies by sea, to America, to Magellan’s trip, and to the redefinitions of the form of the planet, and of the interconnections of the marine world that induced the French geodetic expedition directed by The Conadamine in 1736. This signified the first fight against the Eurocentric-Chirstian conception and put the middle of the world in the Andes, but kept the center of time in London. Later, in the 19th century, in the same equatorial zone, Humboldt and Bonplant set forth to study the adaptation of species from the height of the Andes to the Galapagos, which gave birth to the concept of Darwin, that God was not the creator of life, but that people are a product of evolution. The appearance of science as the new originator of human life on the planet also gave birth, in 1830, to the origin of the first country to adopt a scientific name, born from a society of knowledge: Ecuador, birthplace of a new way of thinking.

THE TRAILECTIC AS A FUNDAMENTAL OF EQUINOCTIAL THINKING

1. The trialectic, or triple lecture, is the center of the model of analysis. Contrary to the dialectic and the philosophy of the YI-YAN of Taoism in China, it does not conceive social processes as units or fights between opposites. It does not conceive that there are two actors, the dominant and the dominated that generate a fight between classes. It conceives that from this fight between classes there appears a new social order, one that marks that there are always three actors: the dominant, the dominated, and the renegades of the dominant and dominated classes, and that they establish the doubt and the conflict of power in force and are the social motive of change.

2. This concept extends furthermore to the model of thinking that indicates the existence of a well-known, an unknown, and doubt, and a usefulness, a uselessness and doubt. Doubt is the motive of thought, and thought is the natural enemy of the truth, because the truth pretends to be eternal and thought is a truth that scarcely pronounces itself into the sea of doubt. Thought opposes human laws and the divine that pretend to be permanent and that lay the foundation of the truths that birth the power of kings, emperors, religions or political parties.

3. This explains how in human society, those that cracked from the dominant groups or classes were the motives of change in their societies, for example, Moses in the Jewish society or Simon Bolivar in the Andean world etc.

THE STAGES OF DOMINATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HUMAN SOCIETY

1. The human society has not evolutionized to the equinoctial philosophy through successive periods, in which a period produces the disappearance of another like it, as was the conception of history pre-Marxist and Marxist that brought to conceive the world from the evolution of Europe, from the primitive society to slavery, feudalism, capitalism, and post-capitalism, in forms as socialism, communism, modern socialism, neoliberalism etc.

2. The equinoctial philosophy sets forth that there are 5 basic models of domination that are able to loosen many modifications defined by the particular characteristics of the mode. These models are territorial domination, moral domination, political domination, and domination of social knowledge, that simultaneously bring us to the human domination of time and space.

3. All forms of domination are born at the same time; they live in dispute and succeed themselves. As the conditions are favorable or unfavorable they assume or lose power. They utilize the helpful resources of other forms of domination to look for perpetuity and control, but they also fabricate their own errors that open up gaps so that the other forms of domination are able to accede or return to power.

TERRITORIAL DOMINATION is characterized by power in relation with the occupation of geographic spaces. This domination gave us countries with frontiers, races, languages, nationalities, and many different groups of human identities.

1. Territorial domination is based on laws and truths implanted by the power of caciques, kings, emperors, and leaders that were considered to be illuminated, or possessors of a direct relation with God, and include gods such as Cleopatra in Egypt.

2. Territorial domination in which the leader determines the life and death of his subordinates persists even today in the armies, mafias, juvenile gangs, systems of precarious exploitation, and family clans.

3. This form of domination is resurging in some places of the planet where the domination of political parties has failed, such as in the case of Africa, which lives today with severe ethnic conflicts.

4. In this form of domination cruelty determines the order, the power, and the hegemony, as was attained by the Roman Empire with their spectacular displays of public cruelty in the Coliseum.

5. The leader decides physical life or death, morale, and the labor of his subordinates and establishes hereditary hierarchies.

6. The forms of territorial domination developed into two models. One is the generous nomadic environment, that is found in the tropical zones, where man lives off of what nature gives him and the other is a sedentary model that develops in zones with 4 seasons in which life disappears in the winter, and in the spring it is necessary to repopulate the land with helpful plants and animals, developing agriculture and pasture.

7. The nomadic societies achieved their permanency up until today in the tropical jungles and the glacier zones, such as in the poles, as in those territories the resources impede the growth of population and the wars end with deaths, not with slaves. Meanwhile the sedentary societies have achieved control of most of the planet at the cost of the depredation of their environment and the development of the artificial world; they develop agriculture, cities, mines and wars. It is a hunt of workers without any rights and of followers that are secured unconditionally to those that they call subditos.

THE MORAL DOMINATION OF THE MASSES

The moral domination of the masses hands the shamans and their rituals to gods in order to acquire unity and confidence of human groups.
The rituals and the explanations subject to reality give power to the priests and consolidate as power in the religions with writings such as with the Jews, the Christians, the Muslims, and other types of worship that achieve kings and emperors. This is the occidental culture that groups around the belief in Christ, the Arab world and the Mohammedan that believe in Muhammad; there are also the believers in Buddha, in Hinduism, or in the sun religions such as the Incas.
The religions exceed frontiers, they consume different ethnicities, and they group people from different languages to those they call faithful.
In the religions that achieve great expansion, the law is written and these sacred writings or words of God decide the luck of their followers and of their enemies.
The fear and the existence of a spiritual world, with souls and spirits, are persuasive mechanisms; they support the resources of territorial domination.
The religions that reject slavery in theory and oppose cruelty, such as Christianity, that establish love, forgiveness, forgiveness, and humility as a discourse to captivate faithful people, and provide concepts that oppose the forms of cruelty of the societies of territorial domination, are those that achieve the largest quantity of faithful followers.
The crisis of the power of religions establishes not only disputes between their own followers grouped in acts and congregations such as Catholics, Evangelicals, the Shiites, and the Sunnites, but also their incomprehensible wars; conflicts without frontiers. The essence that determines their crisis is the deterioration of their dogmas for the development of thought and the exhaustion of fear as a mode of persuasion.
The moment that the religions of the planet raise a certain number of followers, and the crisis of the domination of the political parties has restored their power in the Arabian World, in the United Status and in the Christian World of Latin America, their pressure will be concrete and complicated; the situation gets more difficult everyday as now the religious fanatics possess nuclear arms of mass destruction.

THE DOMINATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES

1. The domination of the political parties appears when they give repulse to the power of the emperors or the shamans, and the political societies create town halls to create laws.

2. Democracy appeared during the time of ancient Greece. The first written reference of the process dates to the year 700 AC with Democritus who set forth democracy in the city state of Athens, where the laws were discussed in the streets and in the auditorium plazas of Agoras and all the people had the right to participate; they were called citizens and they had the power, the leaders alternated every year successively with no right to reelection in order for the people to learn how to govern and how to be governed. The development of commerce and wars brought slaves and in the year 400 AC. Plato proposed that the government should be in hands of those who did the work best-The Politician, and politics came to be.

3. Politics is the antithesis of democracy, as in democracy the power is in the hands of the people, and in the politics, it is in the hands of those elected for the town, those that group into parties to be in power, win elections, and then divide the rights and privileges of the people.

4. Politics emerges as a form of government from the cities, where artisans, vendors, and skilled experts of the arts and crafts group to form resistance to the landowners and religious hierarchies.

5. In the cities, money takes form, to acquire value and the politicians are supervisors that manage the power of money. They create a society where workers are motivated with money; this has been especially prevalent since the industrial revolution.

6. In the French Revolution they set their principals and their ideology to separate the power of church and state, but it did not to take in Europe until after the world wars. It did, however, take in the United States in 1774 when they declared the liberty of worship with the wars of the independence and the liberal wars. Later in 1917 the Russian Revolution and other communist revolutions proscribed religions.

7. The domination of political parties consolidated the power of Europe and the United States and was expanded by the colonial wars, Christianity, the development of commerce, navigation, industry, and modes of communication.

8. The power of the societies with political party domination is based on constitutions made by the politicians to divide the power of an executive, legislative and judicial branch that act independently. These constitutions permit total control of the masses by means of unidirectional communication: the radio, press, TV, and above all, is the propaganda that converts the truth inside of the system.

9. Propaganda is a natural enemy of knowledge, as it acts to take a part of a known reality, and uses it to manipulate the masses. This is like how cruelty and war are the persuasive modes of territorial societies, or fear and worship are the persuasive modes in moral societies; propaganda and campaigns are the persuasive modes of domination of political parties.

10. The occupations and the supporters of public administration, education, public services, police and the armed forces, banks, industries, syndicates, and humanitarian organizations are the keys of their system of domination.

11. The most important thing to politicians is money and what it can do for them. Ideally money produces a society that benefits from itself entirely, but politicians use money to put things in the favor of their followers and procure that everyone in their country or community will be their follower. They use money not to benefit the town, but to consolidate the power of their group and amplify their bases for reelection, and because of this, the resources of all go to the favor of those who support the politicians, which will act as an agglutinant nucleus.

12. In the system of political party domination, the town has to continuously protest, to repel the parties in order to make sure that the resources of everyone, those that are the resources of the state, don’t go only to consolidate the power of the sympathizers or financialists of the party in power. This is the constant fight of the town against the political parties, for the image of a politician is the image of a liar, an opportunist, and a thief who does not do what is right without convenience.

13. The system of political party domination has two manifestations: one is where there are multiple parties that dispute the fruits of power and the other is where there is only one master party. The first permits the liberty of press, education, worship, and other liberties to the rich and the capital leaders that achieve to consolidate successful businesses. It creates the misery and oppression of the increasing necessities of a society that consumes unlimited amounts of materials that destroy the planet and asphyxiates the rest of the population. In the one party system, a group of partisans controls everything, from the modes of communication to the very words that children learn in school. This system offers equality to all; it makes sure that no one lacks health care, education, or food, but they cannot be the master of their own free will.

14. Political party domination has brought to the developed countries a great concentration of riches and above all, power to Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, the Asian dragons and recently other countries like China and India, but furthermore they have brought to the undeveloped countries a system of unpayable debt that exhausts their natural resources rapidly all over the planet.

15. The debility of the system of domination shows itself in the return to systems of territorial domination as it does in Africa with the ethnic wars, in the great metropolis, in Central American countries with the juvenile gangs, in the fortification of the mafia, or with drug traffickers who are affiliated with guerillas; they erode the system of parties. The debilitated system of political party denomination brings a resurge of moral dominations like those that found in the Muslim countries.

16. The domination of the political parties consolidated the power of the great transnational businesses and is also in conflict with the society of social domination of thought; they are finding ways to accede the power of those countries with the most biodiversity and with the most ecological conscience.

17. The debilitating factor in political party domination was their force: money. Money translates into corruption. The power of money and their capacity of producing it as a confident value is the key; it transforms into what they want to buy and sell to the population, and it especially seeps into the moral conscience that sustains the private and public relations that require honestly.

18. The honesty that consists in the life of a person conforms to the convictions that permit the survival of him and his human group on the basis of solidarity and mutual respect, without prejudice of others. The honesty in the system of political parties is frequently destroyed by personal convenience and that is the source of corruption.

19. Corruption is the pest that kills the system of political party domination and what it is to be a politician.

THE SOCIAL DOMINATION OF THOUGHT

1. This society is born from the human domain of fire; it was converted into the enemy of nature and today is the fire that transports us into space.

2. The society of thought has supported the society of human domination of time and space.

3. The society of social domination of thought has given human beings the tools to understand and transform reality.

4. This society was always joined with other forms of domination. The society of thought can only be in power if it is in the hands of the majority and is not simply a privilege of few. It has not arrived to power because it has always been a privilege of few and not a right of all.

5. The society of social domination of thought achieves to enter the orbit of power in different moments throughout human history, normally tied to social processes of radical change. This system temporarily achieved power in ancient Greece. Aristotle considered their fundamental philosophy to be the atom and the four elements of air, water, fire, and land, while Plato thought that the fundamental philosophies were ethics and founded scientific thought; then others like Pythagoras and Hippocrates impelled the birth of the science. But they were forced to sway by the territorial domination of Rome.

6. Before the Renaissance, the Arabic world brought the development of thought with characters like Avicenna or Biurni, but they were forced to sway by the moral domination Muslim.

7. In the independence of the United States a member of the society of knowledge, Benjamin Franklin, discoverer of the lightning rod, propelled the diffusion of thought by means of the printing press. He gave the constitution and the mentality of the North American state the breach for that to enter this country in the 20^th century with cinematography, the phonograph, the telegraph, the telephone, the automobile, the arms repetition, the airplane, etc. But the society of thought had not achieved solidarity here as power. The political parties supported the masters of money, be it people or governments; they put members of society of thought to the orders of politicians and used them to consolidate the power of the political parties and their fountains of power and finance.

8. The society of social thought domination achieved to position itself as a capable force only at the end of the 20 century. It is able dispute the power of political parties thanks to the development of the computer, Internet communications, transportation, new information, and genetics. Knowledge overflows in the classrooms, on the Internet, in the street, out in the country, in the modes of communication, and today is in all parts of the world.

9. The indirect modes of communication such as the TV, the radio, and the press are losing their power with the appearance of specialized satellite communication; these traditional modes that have been the complete means to attract and domesticate the masses and that have been inclusive in the communist countries, are losing their power. People can now choose whatever they want to fit to their personal likings. The PEOPLE are replacing the ¨CITIZEN´¨.

10. The social motives of the society of thought are the people, not the citizens. They are especially the people that travel as immigrants or as tourists. Historically, travelers have been the porters of knowledge.

11. The people differ from the citizens because they have personality. A citizen is a person equal to another, with the same rights and obligations, formed by the educational system and the modes of communication to be equal, who uses uniformity in school, who identifies themselves with a flag and a national hymn, who has patriotic values, who believes in the same things that others in the country do, who favors a model of political parties, and who obeys the laws that the parties impose and pays taxes.

12. The person is someone with personality, with a character that gives them their physical constitution, with a temperament that is aware of their surrounding environment, and is a person with their own thoughts; that is the key. Their own knowledge is what defines the personality and the person. The people can or may not be citizens of a society, but normally the developed societies negate to recognize the immigrants and they are not cataloged as citizens.

13. The society of social domination of knowledge questions and then scoffs at discriminatory laws, production, the free market, and the piracy of the intellectual property, and then the thought spreads through the controls and the repressions. They have a course and their own lives independent of the law, the morale or the ethic in force; they have generous options, options for everything, the exercise to choose their daily return. This daily exercise to choose and identify things and to identify themselves creates a motive for the society of thought- the worker created by thought and experience.

14. In the society of consciousness, knowledge values more than money, as money is one of the products of knowledge, but not the principal product of the knowledge, because the principal product of knowledge is human conduct and comprehension or handling of reality.

15. The society of social domination of thought opposes the society of territorial domination because knowledge opposes the truth of the powerful. They oppose the moral domination because they don’t believe the truth is what is in the sacred books and in the rituals. They oppose the domination of the political parties because they consider that the truth is not in the propaganda that sustains the system as a government or a business.

16. The social domination of consciousness is, in fact, democracy. Democracy is when the power is in the people; the people bring consciousness when they are able to choose, and they can only choose when they have knowledge. The daily choice in everything includes the right to discuss, to form opinions, and to choose in all the matters of the public and private life that may affect them. This is what generates democracy.

17. The possibility to elect, to make frequent plebiscites, to choose and to judge the professor, the medic, the police, the functioning public in all of its ranges, the indebted to their government, to discuss their budgets, the programs of study, etc. this gives force to democracy and is feasible thanks to the actual technology that brings information and the vote to the common people.

18. The society of thought sets forth the disappearance of political parties and to divide the conformation of overseers or committees to groupings of control and investigation in different branches of work, involving human thought in all parts. They create interest of a problem early on in the people, then propose that these people redeem functions and control them. The people choose from the candidates of the overseers, from those that they consider the best and of the right choice to handle the relevant problem for that place and time.

19. The fracture in the society of political party domination opens holes so that the society of immigrants and travelers, the new motives of the society of social domination of consciousness, are now disturbing the order of developed and sub-developed societies, from the structure of the domination of the political parties. The migrations and travelers are waved imparables that respond to the exhaustion of the natural resources and the possibilities of the third world that has surrendered all their resources to the metropolis and the developed nations or to the exhaustion of the world with regards to artificial things, like places of personal satisfaction, encouraged by the development of transport and communications. This process will be accelerated with the climate change that will affect, above all, the most impoverished areas and the most populated parts of the world.

THE SOCIETY OF HUMAN DOMINATION OF TIME AND DISTANCE

1. The society of human domination of time and distance has procured the perpetuity of the human being, beginning by perpetuating their ideas and imagination in the painting and writing; and then perpetuating their voices in music with records, tapes, and CDs; and then their images with painting, photography, movies, and holograms; and now vital perpetuity by means of medicine and genetics.

2. For this society that is complimentary to the society of social domination, the philosophy looks for the disappearance of time and distance with the concepts that manage time.

3. In the beginning of the process, few were able to perpetuate their ideas, images, sounds, and movements, but today anyone can write and perpetuate their thoughts, or photograph themselves and live with a juvenile eternity on paper, but with genetic advancements, we have the possibility of prolonging personal life.

4. In much the same way, distances have reduced, approximating the world’s counterpoints; we are now capable of invading any barricade in the world from above.

5. This invasion is also produced also by the disappearance of time. Today, the very moment that we call somebody on the telephone or we use a webcam, we are at the same time in the present, in the past, or in the future depending on where the person we are talking to is.

6. Globalization shows discrepancies in the world; there are people that can manually work for 6 months and then travel through the impoverished world the other 6 months; and on the other hand there are the workers of impoverished countries that may work twice as hard, but cannot make enough extra money to even go to the movies. The invasion of the working masses of the world developed this discrepancy, and every day it will more difficult for the manual workers of the developed countries to live.

7. In the society of human domination of time and distance, spatial relations prove to be a difficult determinant factor. The possibilities depend on the approximation to different planets, new materials, vital organizations, and conceptions from a perspective in which reality of the land is seen from other parameters.

THE ANDEAN WORLD IN THE CENTER OF THE NEW SOCIETY OF KNOWLEDGE

1. The system of political party domination encountered resistance in the Andean world, but in the past few years, this resistance has been accentuated with the resistance to Chavez in Venezuela, the guerrilla resistance in Columbia, the instability of Ecuador for the past 10 years, the indigenous resistance in Bolivia, and in Peru, the improvisation of parties and caudillos.

2. The political parties have not been able to achieve credibility; the results of their gestation from the wars of the independence in Latin America has signified unpayable external debts, wars fratricides and civil slaughters, abhorrent dictators, instability, and poverty that has permitted the return of forms of moral Christian domination, local political bosses, a raise in mafias, and migratory phenomenon.

3. The exhaustion of petroleum as a principal fountain of energy, the development of genetics, the importance of genetic information banks concentrated in Brazil and in the Andean world, and the privileged position of Ecuador to the develop the bases of spatial exploration gives importance to this region. The change in climate provides a new ground to convert solar energy as a principal fountain of energy, which is favorable to the countries with more sunny weather, but not favorable to the countries with temperate climates, with many clouds. The historical experience of ethnic, moral, and political resistance and the domination of developed countries make Ecuador and other Andean countries the center of a new process.

4. A system changes when social motives consolidate as a social force in the areas where the system of domination has not yet achieved to consolidate itself. The destruction of the Roman domination originated from the invasion of the Germans or Indo-Europeans from the India, that consolidated the power and moral domination of Spain and Portugal in the poorest place of Europe, and from this succeeded the power of the forgotten Britain Isles, the British Empire, and from here, the religious renegades and prisoners were sent to the United States. The power of the United States, the Economic European Community, and Japan face resistance in all parts of the world, especially in Russia, China, Africa, the Arabic world, and above all Latin America and the Andes, where the indigenous, environmental, biological, and geographical conditions are favorable to a new world order in which the environment and the respect of biodiversity returns to a priority.

5. The position of the Asian dragons, China, India, Russia, and Brazil add to the system of exploitation of the planet, but only catalyzes the process.

6. Ecuador, whose name pertains to the society of knowledge and possesses the most biodiversity and genetic information in the world, confronts at its coasts and in the Galapagos the two most important marine phenomenon of the world: the Humboldt Current and El Nino. The cold waters that come up from Antarctica and the warm waters of El Nino join and divide along the western coast of South America up until the Galapagos Islands. Furthermore, the humidity and the sun give abundant manifestations of life in the tropical Andes and in the Amazon jungle that are now world preoccupations due to their violent extermination; Ecuador possess places with little gravity that would enable space vessels to more easily depart and return, and Ecuador possesses the most capacity in the world to produce solar energy as its on the equatorial line. Erosion on its massive mountains is created from abundant winds, and there is much geothermal activity as Ecuador has 5 active volcanoes. With the most developed indigenous organizations and conditions for so many global processes at its disposal, Ecuador could be the center of a new world order.

EL PENSAMIENTO EQUINOCCIAL

El pensamiento equinoccial fue presentado por primera vez en el FORO DE LAS AMERICAS realizado en Quito en el año 2004

1. .El pensamiento equinoccial son una serie de reflexiones que proponen otro modo de entender los procesos sociales desde una óptica nacida en el lugar considerado por la observaciones científicas desde1736, como el centro geográfico del planeta: el Ecuador.

2. Este pensamiento procura confrontar la concepción euro-norteamericana como filosofía conductora de los procesos sociales de explotación y dominación de los demás espacios del planeta, pues desde las conquistas de Grecia, la filosofía occidental por ellos desarrollada ha sido el mecanismo ideológico de conducir y concentrar todos los recursos del planeta en Europa, luego en Estados Unidos y posteriormente en núcleos de desarrollo que adoptaron su cosmovisión industrial - comercial como Japón, Canadá, Australia, lo dragones asiáticos China e India al momento actual.

3. . El pensamiento equinoccial nace de una concepción de la realidad que no es el de la dominación del mundo exterior planteada por occidente, que configura las relaciones entre las personas y su medio de influencia en base a dominación, trasformación y uso de la matera; tampoco es la concepción oriental que busca en el yo, en la conciencia interior de la superación humana o dominación de las cualidades humanas. Es una concepción propia del mundo Americano-Africano que relaciona la vida humana a la naturaleza y todas sus manifestaciones, de manera que el mundo es una interdependencia material y espiritual traducida en vida humana y vida de todo cuanto está en el entorno y que no ha sido hecho por el ser humano.

4. La concepción pacífico-andino-amazónica es una realidad que durante 500 años a confrontado la dominación europea-norteamericana y que concibe un universo integrado por la naturaleza y el hombre en una interdependencia, donde la naturaleza es la rectora de los destinos y el hombre su intérprete. El mundo europeo partió de una concepción y dominación del espacio territorial, la agricultura desde las urbes y el concepto civilización (mundo de las ciudades) fue la piedra angular de si sistema de control geo-militar-religioso y político. El mundo asiático concibió la dominación desde la proyección del interior humano y su sistema de control se basó en identidades espirituales asimiladas por la autodisciplina, la aceptación interiorizada de la autoridad y el poder traducido en castas y jerarquías, esta estructura jerárquica rígida estuvo apoyada en espacios de seguridad traducidos en templos y ciudades, pues el modelo feudal fue su punto de partida.

5. Las filosofías euro centristas y pronorteamericanas se expanden por el planeta a partir de las guerras griegas, pero se consolidan con la dominación moral de masas y el culto a la cruz cristiana, luego en la dominación política de masas que procura la separación del la religión del poder mediante los modelos de control fundados un sistema de de múltiples partidos o capitalismo y el sistema partido único o socialismo – comunismo.

6. Sin embargo la educación de los conquistadores europeos para concentrar la riqueza y el poder, ha conducido al planeta a las mayores guerras y devastación pues su idea central fue siempre la transportar los recursos del mundo a sus centros urbanos. Este modelo asimilado por Estados Unidos primero, luego por Japón, Rusia, los dragones asiáticos como Corea ahora por China, India y por empezar Brasil ha creado una crisis ambiental, que se traduce en la seria posibilidad de desaparición de la tierra, sobre todo por el crecimiento poblacional multiplicado en muchas veces por el mayor número de personas que aparecimos bruscamente sobre la tierra, pero que sobre todo porque demandamos recursos del planeta para satisfacer desbordadas necesidades que se aceleran día a día y que ya no significan tan sólo más personas, sino más personas que quieren más. Otro factor es la capacidad de destrucción mediante armas de destrucción masiva que se aparecen en todas partes y ya no son un recurso exclusivo de grandes potencias, sino que están en manos de personas, religiones o movimientos políticos, que las pueden usar para legitimar su poder o sus intensiones. Un tercer factor es el cambio del clima que ha generado la contaminación y uso de los recursos naturales por parte del ser humano, estamos rompiendo con el equilibro natural y hoy afecta la vida el planeta que está desapareciendo. A estos factores críticos se suma una reacción en cadena de complicaciones.

7. Pero la dominación de la cultura occidental fundada en el cristianismo, el anticrisitanismo o el marxismo, el comercio de ultramar, la industria y la política, concibieron el mundo desde un centro geográfico mundial situado en el eje mediterráneo-europeo con una primera base en Roma, luego pasaría a diferentes potencias europeas conforme a la gloria de sus imperios, que les llevó a percibirse como el centro del universo, al punto de considerar que la tierra era el mundo cristiano, alrededor del cual giraba el sol, un mundo de forma plana y sostenida por seres mitológicos, el descubrimiento de una ruta a las Indias por el mar, de América, el viaje de Magallanes y las redefiniciones del la forma del plantea y de la interconexiones del mundo marino que mueve a la expedición geodésicos franceses dirigidos por La Conadamine, en 1736 significaron un primer golpe a la concepción cristiano -euro centrista y que puso a la mitad del mundo en un lugar de los Andes pero el centro del tiempo permaneció en Londres, más tarde en el el siglo XIX en esta misma zona ecuatorial, Humbolt y Bonplant plantearían la adaptación de las especies a la altura y en Galápagos nacería el concepto de Darwin de que no fue un dios el creador del la vida, sino que ella es producto de la evolución. Este aparecimiento de la ciencia como un nuevo orientador de la vida humana en el planeta dio también origen al nacimiento del primer país,que en 1830 adoptó un nombre científico nacido de la sociedad del conocimiento: Ecuador, cuna de este nuevo pensamiento

LA TRAILECTICA COMO FUNDAMENTO DEL PENSAMIENTO EQUINOCCIAL

1. La trialéctica o triple lectura es el centro de su modelo de análisis, al contrario de la dialéctica y de la filosofía del YI-YAN del Taoismo de China, no concibe los procesos sociales como la unidad y lucha de los contrarios, en la que hay dos actores, el dominante y el dominado, que generan una lucha de clases, de esta lucha de clases aparece un nuevo orden social, sino que señala que hay siempre tres actores que son el dominante el dominado y los renegados de la clases dominante y dominada que establecen la duda y el conflicto al poder vigente y son el motor social del cambio.

Este concepto se extiende además al modelo de conocimiento que señala que existe lo conocido, lo desconocido y la duda, lo útil, lo inútil y la duda. La duda es el motor del conocimiento, el conocimiento es el enemigo natural de la verdad pues la verdad pretende ser eterna y el conocimiento es una verdad que apenas se la pronuncia entre en el mar de la duda. Así pues el conocimiento se opone las leyes humanas y divinas que pretenden ser permanentes y que se fundamentan en verdades que nacen del poder de reyes, emperadores, religiones o partidos políticos.
Así pues se explica como en la sociedad humana aquellos consentidos de las clases o grupos dominantes fueron los motores de cambio en sus sociedades, por ejemplo Moisés en la sociedad Judía o Simón Bolívar en el mundo Andino, etc.

LA ETAPAS DE DOMINACION EN EL DESARROLLO DE LA SOCIEDAD HUMANA

Para el pensamiento equinoccial la sociedad humana no ha evolucionado por períodos sucesivos en los que un período produce la desaparición de otro como lo fue la concepción de la historia pre- marxista y marxista que llevo a concebir el mundo desde la evolución de Europa, desde la sociedad primitiva a esclavismo, feudalismo, capitalismo y poscapìtalismo, en formas como socialismo, comunismo, socialismo moderado, neoliberalismo, etc.
El pensamiento equinoccial plantea que hay 5 modelos básicos de dominación de los cuales se pueden desprender muchas modificaciones definidas por las características particulares del medio. Estos modelos son el de dominación territorial, el de dominación moral, el de dominación política y el de dominación social del conocimiento, que lleva simultáneamente a la dominación humana del tiempo y el espacio.
Todas las formas de dominación nacen al mismo tiempo, conviven en disputa y se suceden. En la medida en que las condiciones les son favorables o desfavorables asumen o pierden el poder. Utilizan los recursos que les puede ser útiles de las otras formas de dominación para buscar perpetuidad y el control, pero fabrican sus propios errores que abren brechas para que las otras formas de dominación puedan acceder o retornar al poder.

LA DOMINACION TERRITORIAL se caracteriza porque el poder esta en relación con la ocupación de espacios geográficos. Esta dominación nos dejo los países con sus fronteras, las razas, los idiomas, nacionalismos y las múltiples formas de identidad de los grupos humanos en el planeta.

La dominación territorial se basa en leyes y verdades implantadas por el poder de caciques, reyes o emperadores o jefes que se consideran iluminados, poseedores de una relación directa con dios, e incluso dioses como Cleopatra en Egipto.
La dominación territorial en que el jefe determina la vida y muerte de sus subordinados persiste hasta nuestros días en los ejércitos, en las mafias, en las bandas juveniles, sistemas de explotación precarios, clanes familiares.
Esta forma de dominación está resurgiendo en algunos lugares del planeta donde la dominación de los partidos políticos ha fracasado como es el caso de África, que hoy vive conflictos étnicos severos.
En esta forma de dominación la crueldad determina el orden, el poder y la hegemonía, su máximo exponente llego a ser el Imperio Romano que hizo de la crueldad espectáculo público en el Coliseo.
El jefe decide la vida o muerte física, moral o laboral de sus subordinados y establece jerarquías heredables.
La formas de dominación territorial se desarrollan en dos modelos, el uno es en zonas tropicales y de naturaleza generosa que es nómada, donde el hombre vive de lo que la naturaleza le da y el otro es sedentario que se desarrolla en zonas de 4 estaciones en las que en el invierno la vida casi desaparece en invierno, por lo que en la primavera se hace necesario repoblar con plantas y animales útiles la tierra, desarrollando la agricultura y el pastoreo.
La sociedades nómadas lograron su permanencia hasta el día de hoy en selvas tropicales y zonas glaciares como los polos, en ellas el territorio y sus recursos impiden el crecimiento poblacional y las guerras terminan con muertos, no con esclavos, en tanto las sociedades sedentarias han logrado controlar la mayor parte de la superficie del planeta a costa de un depredación de su entorno y el desarrollo del mundo artificial, desarrollan al agricultura, las urbes, la minería y las guerras son una búsqueda de trabajadores sin ningún derecho llamados esclavos y de seguidores incondicionales a los que llamaban súbditos.

LA DOMINACION MORAL DE MASAS

1. La dominación moral de masas parte los chamanes y rituales a dioses a fin de adquirir la unidad y confianza de grupos humanos.

2. Los rituales y las explicaciones subjetivas de la realidad dan poder a los sacerdotes y ellos se consolidan como poder en las religiones con escritura como el judaísmo, los cristianos, los musulmanes, y otros cultos que logran agrupar a reyes y emperadores. Así la cultura occidental se agrupan alrededor de los creyentes en Cristo, el mundo árabe y mahometano agrupa a los creyentes en Mahoma, también hay los creyentes en Buda, el Hinduismo o religiones solares como los incas.

3. Las religiones superan fronteras, se difunden en diferentes etnias, agrupan a personas con diferentes lenguas a los que llama fieles.

4. En las religiones que logran gran expansión, la ley esta escrita y estas escrituras sagradas o palabras de Dios deciden la suerte de sus seguidores y de sus enemigos.

5. El temor y la existencia de un mundo espiritual, con almas y espíritus, de un mas allá son su mecanismo persuasivo, que se apoya en todos los recursos de de la dominación territorial.

La religiones que rechazan la esclavitud en teoría y se oponen a la crueldad, como el cristianismo, que plantea, el amor, el perdón, la humildad como discurso para captar fieles, conceptos que se oponen a las formas de crueldad de las sociedades de dominación territorial, son las que lograron hasta hoy la mayor cantidad de fieles.

6. La crisis del poder de las religiones se establece no solo por las disputas entre sus propios seguidores agrupados en sectas y congregaciones como católicos, evangélicos, chiítas y Sunitas, o por sus guerras que ya no comprenden solo espacios fronterizos sino conflictos sin fronteras. Lo esencial que determina su crisis es el derrumbamiento de sus dogmas por el desarrollo del conocimiento y el agotamiento del miedo como medio persuasivo.

7. Al momento las religiones en el planeta crecen en número sus seguidores, y la crisis de dominación de los partidos políticos ha restaurado su poder en el mundo árabe, en Estados Unidos y en el mundo cristiano de América Latina, su presión es concreta y complicada, la situación es día a día más difícil por el hecho de que ahora los fanatismos religiosos poseen armas nucleares o de destrucción masiva.

LA DOMNACIÓN DE LOS PARTIDOS POLITICOS

1. La dominación de los partidos políticos aparece cuando se da el rechazo al poder de los emperadores y los chamanes, y las sociedades humanas crean concejos para crear leyes.

2. En un principio nace como democracia y el primer referente escrito de este proceso lo constituye Grecia 700 AC con Demócrito que plantea la democracia, en una “ciudad estado” que es Atenas, donde las leyes se discuten en las calles, plazas paraninfos o Ágoras y todas las personas con derecho a participar, llamados ciudadanos son el poder se lo turnan cada año sucesivamente y sin derecho a reelección, para aprender como es gobernar y ser gobernado Pero el desarrollo de comercio y las guerras les trae esclavos y para el año 400 AC. Platón propone que el gobierno debe estar en manos de los mejores en su obra El Politicón, dando paso a la política.

3. La política es la antitesis de la democracia, pues en la democracia el poder está en manos del pueblo, en tanto en la política esta en manos de los elegidos por el pueblo, que se agrupan en partidos para ser poder, ganar elecciones y luego repartirse los derechos y privilegios.

4. La política emerge como forma de gobierno desde las ciudades, donde los artesanos, comerciantes y conocedores de artes y oficios se agrupan para hacer resistencia a los terratenientes, y jerarcas religiosos.

5. En las ciudades el dinero toma forma, adquiere valor y los políticos son los encargados de manejar el poder del dinero. Crean una sociedad donde los trabajadores por dinero son el motor, en especial después de la revolución industrial.

6. En la Revolución Francesa plantean sus principios pero su ideología que procura separar del poder a los emperadores y a las religiones, no cuaja en Europa hasta luego de la guerras mundiales, pero 1774 cuaja en Estados Unidos que declara la libertad de cultos, se propaga en América con las guerras de la independencia y la guerras liberales y mas tarde en1917 la Revolución Rusa y otras revoluciones comunistas inclusive proscriben las religiones.

7. La dominación de los partidos políticos consolidó el poder de Europa y los Estados Unidos ya expandidos por las guerras coloniales, el cristianismo, el desarrollo del comercio, la navegación, la industria y los medios de comunicación.

8. El poder de las sociedades de dominación de los partidos políticos se fundamenta en constituciones hechas por los políticos para dividir en poder en ejecutivo, legislativo y judicial que actúan independientemente, Estas constituciones permiten por sobre todo el control de masas a partir de los medios comunicación unidireccionales: radio, prensa y Tv y sobre todo de la propaganda que se convierte en la verdad dentro de este sistema.

9. La propaganda es un enemigo natural del conocimiento, pues trata de tomar una parte conocida de la realidad, la decora y la usa para la manipulación de las masas. Así como la crueldad y la guerra es el medio persuasivo de las sociedades territoriales, o el miedo y los cultos los es en las sociedades morales, la propaganda y las campañas lo es en la dominación de los partidos políticos.

10. La ocupación por medio de sus partidarios de la administración publica, la educación, los servicios públicos, la policía y fuerzas armadas, la banca y las industrias, sindicatos, organizaciones humanas son la clave sus sistema de dominación.

11. Para los políticos lo más importante es el dinero y lo que se pueda hacer con él. Idealmente se trata de que el dinero que produce una sociedad vaya en beneficio de la sociedad que lo produce, pero el político trata de que el dinero vaya a favor de sus seguidores y procura que todo el país o la comunidad sea su seguidora. Finalmente se trata no de beneficiar al pueblo sino de consolidar el poder de su grupo y ampliar las bases para ser reelecto, y para esto los recursos de todos tienen que ir a favor de sus partidarios que actuarán como núcleo aglutinante.

12. En el sistema de dominación de partidos políticos, el pueblo tiene que recurrir a la protesta, al rechazo para conseguir que los recursos de todos, que son los recursos del estado, no vayan solo a consolidar el poder de los simpatizantes o financistas del partido en el poder. Esta es la lucha constante del pueblo contra los partidos políticos, por lo que la imagen de un político es la imagen de un mentiroso, oportunista y ladrón que no hace lo correcto sino lo conveniente.

13. El sistema de dominación de los partidos políticos tiene dos manifestaciones: una es donde hay múltiples partidos que se disputan la torta del poder y otro es donde hay un solo partido dueño de vidas y haciendas. El primero permite la libertad de prensa, educación, culto y otras libertades a los ricos y dueños del capital que logran consolidar empresas exitosas, en tanto la miseria y la presión de las necesidades crecientes de una sociedad de consumo ilimitado que destruye al planeta, asfixia al resto de la población que son el gran grupo. En el sistema de partido único un grupo de partidarios, controlan todo, desde la comunicación hasta las palabras que los niños aprenden. Este sistema ofrece igualdad a todos y la seguridad del perro de apartamento al que no le falta salud, educación alimentos y hasta cariño, pero no puede ser dueño de su albedrío y hasta para caminar por cualquier parte lo tiene que hacer sujeto a la correa de su amo, que es el partido.

14. Al momento la dominación de partidos políticos ha llevado a los países desarrollados a una gran concentración de riqueza y poder sobre todo en Europa y Estados Unidos, Canadá Australia, Japón los dragones asiáticos y otros nuevos países como China e India, pero a los demás países a un sistema de deudas impagables que agotan sus recursos naturales rápidamente en perjuicio de todo el planeta.

15. El debilitamiento del sistema de dominación se traduce en el retorno a sistemas de dominación territorial como lo que pasa en África con las guerras étnicas y en las grandes metrópolis y países centroamericanos con las bandas juveniles, o el fortalecimiento de las mafias de todo tipo en especial de narcóticos afiliados a guerrillas que roen al sistema de partidos. De igual manera el debilitamiento del sistema denominación de partidos políticos lleva a resurgimiento de dominaciones morales como las que se están dando en los países musulmanes.

16. La dominación de los partidos políticos, consolidado en el poder de grandes empresas transnacionales, que están también en conflicto con la sociedad de dominación social del conocimiento, que va encontrando resquicios para acceder al poder en los países con mas biodiversidad y con más conciencia ecológica.

17. Este debilitamiento parte de lo que fue en su momento su fortaleza: el dinero. Se traduce en corrupción. El poder del dinero y su capacidad de producirlo como un valor confiable, que es la clave del poder en el sistema de dominación de los partidos políticos, se traduce en que quiere comprar y vender todo, en especial la conciencia moral que sostiene las relaciones públicas y de privadas que denominamos honestidad.

18. La honestidad que consiste en la vida de una persona conforme a las convicciones que permiten la supervivencia de él y su grupo humano en base a la solidaridad y respeto mutuo, sin perjuicio de otros. La honestidad en el sistema de partidos políticos es frecuentemente derrotada por la conveniencia personal y del partido que es el germen de la corrupción

19. Así la corrupción es la peste que mata al sistema de dominación de los paridos políticos o sea a la política.

LA DOMINACION SOCIAL DEL CONOCIMIENTO

1. Esta sociedad nace de dominio humano del fuego que lo convirtió en enemigo de naturaleza y es el fuego el que lo lleva hoy a viajes espaciales

2. A la sociedad del conocimiento le ha apoyado la sociedad de dominación humana del tiempo y del espacio.

3. La sociedad de dominación social del conocimiento le ha dado la ser humano las herramientas para entender y trasformar la realidad.

4. Esta sociedad estuvo siempre junto a las otras formas de dominación, pero el conocimiento sólo puede ser poder si esta en manos de todos o de una mayoría y no es privilegio de pocos. La clave para que no llegara a ser poder es que siempre fue un privilegio de pocos y no un derecho.

5. La sociedad de dominación social del conocimiento logra entrar en la orbita del poder en diferentes momentos de la vida humana, normalmente vinculada a procesos sociales de cambio radical, Así logro temporalmente ser poder en Grecia y su filosofo fundamental Aristóteles que consideró punto de partida de su pensamiento al átomo y los cuatro elementos aire, agua, fuego y tierra, mientras Platón pensaba que lo fundamental era la ética, fundó el conocimiento científico, luego otros como Pitágoras, Hipócrates impulsaron el nacimiento de la ciencia. Pero fueron doblegados por la dominación territorial de Roma

6. El mundo árabe de antes del renacimiento llevo al desarrollo del conocimiento con personajes como Avicena o el Biurni pero fueron doblegados por la dominación moral musulmana.

7. En la independencia de los Estados Unidos un miembro de las sociedad del conocimiento Benjamín Franklin, descubridor del pararrayos y propulsor de la difusión del conocimiento mediante la imprenta, dio a la constitución y mentalidad del Estado Norteamericano la brecha para que al entrar este país al siglo XX, lo hiciera con el cine, el fonógrafo. El telégrafo el teléfono, el automóvil, las armas repetición, el avión, las máquinas a vapor y de todo tipo, etc. pero la sociedad del conocimiento no ha logrado consolidarse aquí como poder. Los partidos políticos apoyados en los dueños del dinero, sean personas o gobiernos, pusieron a miembros naturales de las sociedad del conocimiento a las ordenes de políticos, los han usado para consolidar el poder de sus partidos políticos y sus fuentes de poder y financiamiento.

8. La sociedad de dominación social conocimiento solo fines del siglo XX logra posicionarse como una fuerza capaz de disputarle el poder a los partidos políticos gracias al desarrollo de la computación, el Internet las comunicaciones, el transporte, la informática, la genética. Entonces el conocimiento desborda las aulas, esta en la Internet, en la calles, en los campos, en los medios de comunicación, hoy está en todas partes.

9. Los medios de comunicación unidireccionales como la TV, la radio y la prensa van perdiendo su poder, pues aparece la comunicación satelital segmentaría o especializada, entonces estos medios tradicionales que tenían el menú completo para atraer y domesticar a las masas y que en los países comunistas inclusive, era uno sólo y exclusivo, pierden su poder, Las personas pueden elegir de acuerdo a sus gustos personales. Entonces las PERSONAS, van reemplazando al “CIUDADANO”

10. El motor social de la sociedad del conocimiento son las personas y no los ciudadanos y en especial las personas que viajan como emigrantes o como turistas. Históricamente los viajeros han sido los portadores del conocimiento.

11. La personas se diferencian de los ciudadanos porque tienen personalidad. El ciudadano es una persona igual a otra, con los mismos derechos y obligaciones, formada por el sistema educativo y los medios de comunicación para ser igual, usar uniforme en la escuela, identificarse con una bandera y un himno nacional, en sus valores patrios, creer en las mismas cosas que los demás del país y actuar a favor de una modelo de partidos políticos, obedecer las leyes que los partidos imponen y pagar impuestos.

12. La persona es alguien con personalidad, la personalidad parte de un carácter que le da su constitución física, un temperamento que le da su medio circundante y un pensamiento propio que es la clave. El pensamiento propio es los que define a la personalidad y a la persona. Las personas pueden o no ser ciudadanos de una sociedad, `pues normalmente las sociedades desarrolladas se niegan a reconocer a los emigrantes y por tanto no los catalogan de ciudadanos.

13. La sociedad de dominación social del conocimiento cuestiona y luego burla las leyes discriminatorias, produce, el libre comercio, alienta la piratería de la propiedad intelectual, pues el conocimiento se difunde por sobre los controles y represiones, tiene un curso y vida propios independiente de las leyes, la moral o la ética vigente, genera opciones, las opciones para todo se multiplican, el ejercicio de escoger se vuelve cotidiano. Este ejercicio diario de escoger, de identificar e identificarse crea al sujeto motor de la sociedad del conocimiento, que es el trabajador por el conocimiento y la experiencia

14. En la sociedad del conocimiento el conocimiento vale más que el dinero, el dinero es uno de los productos del conocimiento, no el principal producto del conocimiento pues el principal producto del conocimiento es la conducta humana y la comprensión o manejo de la realidad.

15. La sociedad de dominación social del conocimiento se opone a la sociedad de dominación territorial porque el conocimiento se opone a la verdad de los poderosos. Se opone a la dominación moral pues no cree que la verdad es lo que está en los libros sagrados y en los rituales. Se opone a la dominación de los partidos políticos porque consideran que la verdad no está en la propaganda que sustentan este sistema como gobierno o los negocios.

16. La dominación social del conocimiento es la democracia en sí. La democracia es cuando el poder está en el pueblo, el pueblo llega al conocimiento el momento que elige, puede elegir cuando conoce. La diaria elección en todo inclusive el derecho a discutir opinar y escoge en todos los asuntos de la vida publica y privada que pueden afectarle generan la democracia.

17. Esta posibilidad de elegir, de hacer plebiscitos frecuentes, de escoge y censurar al profesor, al medico, al policía, al funcionario público en todos los rangos , el endeudamiento de su gobierno, de discutir los presupuestos, los programas de estudio, etc., le dan vigencia a la democracia y es factible gracias a la tecnología actual que pone a disposición del común de las personas la información y el voto.

18. La sociedad del conocimiento plantea la desaparición de los partidos políticos a partir de la conformación de veedurías o comités de vigilancia o agrupaciones de control e investigación en cualquier rama del trabajo y conocimiento humano y en todas partes
Se trata de interesar desde temprano a las personas en un problema, luego proponer a estas personas para desempañar funciones y controlarlas. El pueblo escoge entre los candidatos de las veedurías al que considera el mejor y de acuerdo al problema que considera relevante para el lugar y el momento.

19. La fractura que vive la sociedad de dominación de los partidos políticos abre brechas para que la sociedad de los emigrantes y viajeros que son los nuevos motores de la sociedad de dominación social conocimiento, que estén ahora trastornando el orden de las sociedades desarrolladas y subdesarrolladas, desde la estructura de dominación de los partidos políticos. LA SOCIEDAD DE DOMINACIÓN HUMANA DEL TIEMPO Y LA DISTANCIA

1. La sociedad de dominación humana del tiempo y la distancia ha procurado la perpetuidad del ser humano, empezando por perpetuar sus ideas e imaginación en la pintura, la escritura, perpetuar la voz en la música y los discos, disckert, CDs, la imagen en la pintura, la fotografía, los movimientos en el cine, los hologramas y ahora la perpetuidad vital por medio de la medicina y la genética.

4. De igual manera las distancias se han se reducido aproximando a los mundos contrapuestos que ahora tienen la posibilidad cierta de invadirse por sobre cualquier barrera interpuesta.

5. Esta invasión se produce también por la desaparición del tiempo. Hoy al momento que llamamos por teléfono o usamos una videocámara por Internet estamos al mismo tiempo en el presente y en pasado o en el futuro dependiendo de donde se encuentre nuestro interlocutor.

6. La globalización o aldea global que nos acerca también las discrepancias entre un mundo en que ha personas que pueden trabajar 6 meses en trabajo manual y viajar por el mundo empobrecido otros 6 meses y hasta 2 años, en tanto el trabajador de un país empobrecido no logra reunir con el doble de trabajo dinero suficiente para ir al cine. La invasión de masas obreras al mundo desarrollado esta cortando esta discrepancia, cada día les será más difícil a los trabajadores manuales de los países desarrollados vivir los placeres de la generación de fines del siglo XX.

7. En la sociedad de dominación humana del tiempo y la distancia, las relaciones espaciales pasan a ser el factor determinante. Las posibilidades dependen de la aproximación a planetas diferentes, nuevas materias y organizaciones vitales, concepciones desde una perspectiva en que la realidad de la tierra es vista desde otros parámetros.

EL MUNDO ANDINO EN EL CENTRO DE LA NUEVA SOCIEDAD DEL CONOCIMIENTO

1. El sistema de dominación de los partidos políticos encontró resistencia en el Mundo Andino, pero en los últimos años esta resistencia se ha acentuado con en la resistencia Chávez en Venezuela, la resistencia guerrillera en Colombia, la inestabilidad de Ecuador en los últimos 10 años, la resistencia indígena en Bolivia, y en Perú la improvisación de partidos y caudillos

Los partidos políticos no ha logrado consolidar una credibilidad, los resultados de su gestión desde las guerras de la independencia en América Latina has significado deudas externas impagables, guerras fratricidas y matanzas de civiles, dictaduras aborrecibles, inestabilidad y pobreza que han permitido el retorno de formas de dominación moral cristianas, caciquismos locales, crecimiento de mafias y fenómenos migratorios.

3. El agotamiento del petróleo como principal fuente energética, el desarrollo de la genética y la importancia de los bancos de información genética concentrados en Brasil y el Mundo Andino, la posición privilegiadaza de Ecuador para el desarrollo de bases de exploración espacial. El cambio del clima que convierte a la energía solar como la principal fuente energética. pero favorable a los países con mayor tiempo de sol y en perjuicio de los países de clima templado, a donde fugan las nubes ante la disminución de la capacidad de condensación por el calentamiento global por pérdida bosques y glaciares, o la experiencia histórica de esta resistencia étnica, moral y política a la dominación de los países desarrollados, hace de Ecuador y los países andinos el centro de un nuevo proceso

4. Los procesos de cambio del sistema se producen cuando los motores sociales se consolidan como fuerza social en las áreas donde le sistema de dominación no ha logrado consolidarse. Así la destrucción de la dominación romana provino de la invasión de los pueblos germanos o indoeuropeos desde la India, que consolidó el poder y la dominación moral del España y Portugal en el lugar mas pobre de Europa, a este poder les sucedió el poder desde las olvidadas islas Británicas, el poder de l Imperio Británico desde un lugar en el que ser refugiaban los renegados religiosos y se enviaba a los prisioneros, Estados Unidos. El poder de Estados Unidos y la Comunidad Económica Europea y Japón, por la resistencia en todas partes del planeta pero en especial en Rusia, China, África el mundo árabe pero sobre todo el mundo latinoamericano y africano que ahora los invade y dentro de América Latina en los Andes donde los indígenas, la naturaleza, las condiciones biológicas y geográficas son favorables para un nuevo orden mundial en el que la naturaleza y el respeto a sus condiciones y biodiversidad se vuelve prioridad.

5. La posición de dragones asiáticos, China, India, Rusia, y Brasil que se suman al sistema de explotación del planeta solo es el papel de agentes catalizadores del proceso.

6. Ecuador, cuyo no nombre pertenece a la sociedad del conocimiento y posee la mayor biodiversidad e información genética, pues frente a sus costas y en Galápagos las dos corregentes marinas mas importantes del planeta Humbolt y El Niño, con toda la información de los mares fríos y con la información del los mares calientes se juntan y comparten hasta Galápagos. Además la humedad y el sol le dan manifestaciones abundante de vida en los Andes tropicales y selva Amazónica que ahora son preocupación mundial por su violento exterminio, por poseer los lugares con menos gravedad para enviar y recibir con mas facilidades naves espaciales, y el poseer la mayor capacidad del mundo de producir energía solar por estar la línea ecuatorial, eólica por sus macizos montañosos al que llegan abundantes vientos, geotérmica pues tiene 5 volcanes activos y con la organización indígena más desarrollada,. dispone de las condiciones para que por la inercia de los procesos globales pase a ser el centro de un nuevo orden mundial.

International Organization for the protection and ecological use of water basins

Art. 1- FUNDAMENTAL OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION:

The fundamental objective of the organization is to work for a harmonic relation between human beings and water basins through protection, education, and information which permit the development of activities like scuba, boating, and the sustainable use of water basins to maintain the equilibrium in their biodiversity and the quality of water.

Art. 2- REALIZED ACTIVITIES

The organization realizes the following activities:

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES- These activities will establish a relationship between the organization and the people of a community. They will include personal training and development of abilities regarding recreational use, scientific use, and productivity of water basins.

PROTECTION PROGRAMS- These activities will establish a harmonious relationship between the local people and nature, motivate the performance of the members, and generate knowledge and recognition between the members of the organization.

INFORMATIONAL ACTIVITIES- These activities will allow the organization to exercise their work for protection and to use the resources of water basins for scuba, navigation, and sustainable use.

Art. 3- THE MEMBERS- The members of the organization will include any person who wants to join; they can be native people or those who represent the local legal systems, and everyone will have the same opportunities to vote on decisions.

Art. 4- MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

1- To manifest their interest in scuba, navigation, and the use of water resources in an ecological manner.

2- To make contributions in:

a) money

b) work

c) services

d) knowledge

e) infrastructure

f) donations

3- The organization does not discriminate against age, sex, race, religion, political affiliation, nationality, language, or economic status.

Art. 5- MEMBER PREPARATION- The people that have to collaborate with services or work need training.

Art. 6- THE ORGANIZATION-

The organization has a central structure with a rotary base in the country of the general director and local bases in each incorporated community.

Art. 7- INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Coordinate the work of the local directors.

2. - Have duration of 4 years.

3. - The members elect officers by vote via the Internet.

Art. 12. - THE LOCAL MANAGEMENT.

The local management is organized by the communities and their numbers will increase as we create projects in more countries and continents.

Art. 13. - STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF THE LOCAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

The local boards of directors have the same structure and function that the international boards of directors have, but they are limited to their own specific region.

Art. 14. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE LOCAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Local Assembly is made of up the members of a locality that has registered as a member of the organization. At the age of 11 they are able to vote and enjoy their rights as members.

Art. 15. - THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND NATIONAL REGIONS

This is formed by the members of a country or region that express their propositions and their votes via the Internet or directly in their localities and they are represented by their director in a national or regional council. The duration is 2 years.

Art. 16. - THE NATIONAL AND REGIONAL COUNCIL

This includes a meeting of community directors from a specific country or a region, in which they will propose to the communities and members of the organization options that will be voted on directly, via the Internet, or via cell phone.

Art17. THE CONFORMATION OF THE NATIONAL AND REGIONAL COUNCILS

The national councils conform when they have created at least 10 local centers in a given country and the regional councils conform when at least 10 communities of the country unite.

Art. 18. - THE LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND REGIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

They will be formed by a structure similar to the international board of directors, but with responsibilities within a territorial circumscription.

Art. 19. - RECOGNITION OF MEMBERS

The members acquire recognition by their registration with a local, national, or regional director.

Art.20- DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS

1. - To participate in the activities proposed by the local, regional, national, or international board of directors.

2. - To support the organized base that is secured with their vote.

3. - To collaborate with the actions of the organization.

4. - To create incentive for other people to participate and to encourage their companions.

5. - To execute actions to those entrusted.

6. - To train in the courses, workshops, internships, etc. that dictate the organization.

7. - To create or collaborate in works of investigation, education and protection.

8. - To participate in the events, manifestation, and other programmed activities.

9. - To inform the secretary of information that can help us to protect water basins and to develop activities such as investigations, events, etc.

10. - To maintain the positive spirit of the organization and to collaborate in the avoidance of problems and discrepancies.

Art 21. - MEMBER BENEFITS
1...- To participate in courses, workshops, expeditions, and programmed events.
2. - To pay reduced costs for these events
3...- To arrange the facilities developed by the organization in every country.
4. - To have information and international contacts that permit them to participate.
5. - To be recognized by the organization for their contributions, progressed quality of knowledge, professional level, or for perfecting an activity or the capacity to assume responsibilities.
5. - To arrange united help if necessary.
6. - To arrange facilities, volunteer work, internships, investigations, or reports.
7. - To arrange for materials and help regarding activities such as scuba, navigation, exploration, study, or practice.

Art. 22. - MEMBER ATTITUDE

1. - The members should maintain a conduct of respect for nature, cultural environments, and the laws of their country.

2. - They should manifest their interests, their sensibility, their talent, and their determination.

3. - They should be honest, respectful, and united.

Art. 23 THE LOSS OF MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION

1. - Members can be expelled if they commit a crime punishable by the justice of their country of origin that has hurt other people or jeopardized a community or a group of people.

2. - If they commit actions against nature that affect the ecological equilibrium of a place.

3. - If they don’t show interest to participate for a duration of a year.

4. - If they are sanctioned by the organization.

5. - If they voluntarily renounce.

6. - If they leave the community and do not register in another national, regional, or international locale.

7- If they die.

Art. 24. - APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTIONS.

The proposals submitted to the vote of the local, national, or regional director and the Assembly would have to be approved by more than 50% of the votes.

The participants can vote in a direct or an indirect manner. All of the members are invited to vote, but their vote only counts if they submit it on the specific date marked, which will be announced at least 15 days in advance.

25. - DISSOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATION

If the organization comes to dissolve, then all of their assets will be passed to another organization with similar objectives and that is independent of any member of our organization.

Organización Internacional para la protección y uso ecológico de cuencas hídrica

Art. 1.-OBJETIVO FUNDAMENTAL DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN:

El objetivo fundamental de la organización es trabajar por una relación armónica entre el ser humano y las cuencas hídricas a través de un trabajo de protección, educación e información, que permita desarrollara actividades como el buceo, la navegación y el uso sostenible de cuencas hidrográficas manteniendo el equilibrio en su biodiversidad y calidad del agua.

Art. 2.- ACTIVIDADES QUE REALIZA

La organización realiza las siguientes actividades:

ACTIVIDADES EDUCATIVAS.- Son actividades para establecer una relación entre la organización con las personas de una comunidad. Entrena personal y desarrolla habilidades para el uso recreativo, científico y productivo de cuencas hídricas.

PROGRAMAS DE PROTECCION.- Son actividades para establecer una relación armónica entre las personas de un lugar con la naturaleza, motivar el desempeño de los miembros, y generar un conocimiento y reconocimiento entre de la entre los miembros de la organización.

ACTIVIDADES DE INFORMACION.- Son actividades que realiza la organización para ejercer su trabajo de protección y uso de los recursos de las cuencas hídricas para buceo, navegación o uso sostenible.

Art.3.- DE LOS MIEMBROS.- Son miembros de la organización todas las personas que manifiesten su voluntad de serlo y pueden ser personas naturales o jurídicas representadas, teniendo las personas naturales y las jurídicas la misma jerarquía para el voto en las decisiones.

Art4.- REQUISITOS PARA SER MIEMBRO

1.- Manifestar su interés en el buceo, la navegación y el uso de los recursos hídricos de manera ecológica.

2.- Que realice contribuciones que pueden ser en:

A) dinero

b) trabajo

c) servicios

d) conocimientos

f) infraestructura

d) Donaciones

3.- La organización no establece límite de edad, ni discriminación por sexo, raza, religión filiación política, nacionalidad, idioma, estatus económico.

Art5.- DE LA PREPARACION PARA SE MIEMBROS.- Necesitan entrenamiento las personas que tienen que colaborar con servicios o trabajo

Art.6- DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN.-

La organización tiene una estructura central con base rotativa en el país del director general y bases locales por comunidad que se incorporan al trabajo.

Art.7- DIRECTIVA INTERNACIONAL

1.- Coordina el trabajo de las directivas locales

2.- Tiene una duración de 4 años

3.- Se elige por el voto de los miembros vía Internet.

4.- Esta conformada por una dirección general una subdirección que se desempeña como secretaria de la organización y en ausencia del director asume temporalmente la dirección, un responsable económico y una secretaría de programas educativos y de entrenamiento, y un secretaria de infamación y protección ecológica.

Art. 8.- DEBERES DEL DIRECTOR GENERAL

1.- Organizar, dirigir y convocar a las reuniones de la Asamblea general de miembros vía Internet para que voten y aprueben las proposiciones de los miembros y de la directiva

2...- Reconocer a las directivas locales.

3.- Buscar recursos junto con el director financiero

4.- Ejecutar las sanciones contra los miembros

5.- Mediar en las situaciones de conflicto en las organizaciones locales

6.- Reconocer a los miembros y personas capacitadas por la secretaria de educación y entrenamiento

7.- Reconocer a los participantes en eventos con reconocimientos extraordinarios

Art.9. DEBERES DE LA VICEPRESIDENCIA Y SECRETARIA

1.- Organizar los archivos

2.- Llevar el acta de las sesiones

Art. 10.- DEBERES DE LA SECRETARIA DE EDUCACION Y ENTRENAMIENTO

1.- Organizar programa de entrenamiento

2.- Desarrollar cursos

3.- Elaborar materiales

4.- Convocar a los interesados

5.- Seleccionar e invitar a instructores, profesores y colaboradores locales

6.- Reconocer a los participantes

7- Publicar resultados

ART 11.- DEBERES DE LA SECRETARIA DE INFORMACIÓN Y PROGRAMAS DE PROTECCION ECOLOGICA DE CUENCAS HIDRICAS.

1.- Recoger y publicar información por Internet y otros medios

2.- Desarrollar materiales para campañas

3.- Organizar eventos como encuentros de los miembros, viajes, excursiones, buceo en diferentes lugares del mundo.

4. Organizar acciones para la protección de cuencas hídricas.

5.- Motivar a la participación colectiva de los miembros y las comunidades en las acciones

Art. 12.- DE LAS DIRECCIONES LOCALES.

Las direcciones locales se organizan por comunidades y en la medida que su número se incremente por países y continentes.

Art. 13 ESTRUCTURA Y FUNCIONAMIENO DE LAS DIRECCIONES LOCALES.

Las direcciones locales tienen la misma estructura y funciones que la dirección internacional pero su ámbito se reduce a una circunscripción territorial.

Art. 14. DE LA ASAMBLEA GENERAL DE LAS DIRECCIONES LOCALES La Asamblea local está conformada por los miembros de la localidad que se han registrado como miembros de la organización y están en capacidad de votar por su edad, desde los 11 años y que se encuentre en goce de sus derechos como miembros.

Art. 15. DE LA ASAMBLEA GENERAL DE LAS DIRECCIONES Y REGIONALES NACIONALES

Esta conformada por los miembros de país o la región que expresan su proposiciones y su voto a las por Internet o voto directo en sus localidades o por Internet y que están representadas por su director en un consejo nacional o regional

Art. 16.- EL CONSEJO NACIONAL Y REGIONAL

Es una reunión de directores de las comunidades de un país o una región para proponer a las comunidades y miembros de la organización opciones directo a ser escogidas por el voto vía Internet, directo o vía celular.

Art17. LA CONFORMACION DE LOS CONSEJOS NACIONALES Y REGIONALES

Los consejos nacionales se conforman cuando al menos se ha creado 10 centros locales en un país y los regionales cuando al menos comunidades de 10 países se unen.

Art. 17. - DE LAS DIRECTIVAS LOCALES, NACIONALES Y REGIONALES.

Están formadas por una estructura similar a la dirección internacional pero con responsabilidades ante una circunscripción territorial.

Art. 19.- RECOCIMIENTO DE LOS MIEMBROS

Los miembros adquieren un reconocimiento por su registración ante una directiva local, nacional o regional.

Art.20.- DEBERES DE LOS MIEMBROS

1.- Participar en las actividades propuestas por las directivas locales, nacionales, regionales o internacionales.

2.- Apoyar a la base organizativa a la que está vinculado con su voto.

3.- Colaborar con las acciones de la organización.

4.- Incentivar a otras personas a participar y animar a sus compañeros.

5.- Ejecutar acciones a él encomendadas.

6.- Entrenarse en los cursos, talleres, pasantitas, etc. que dicta la organización.

7.- Realizar o colaborar en trabajaos de investigación, educación y protección

8.- Participar en los eventos, manifestaciones y otras actividades programadas.

9.- Informar a la secretaria de información sobre cualquier particular que pueda ayudarnos a proteger las cuencas hídricas, desarrollar actividades como investigaciones, eventos, etc.

10.- Mantener el espíritu positivo de la organización y colaborar en la superación de

problemas y discrepancias

Art 21.- DE LOS BENEFICIOS DE LOS MIEMBROS
1..- Participar en cursos, talleres, expediciones y eventos programados
2.- Pagar costos reducidos para estos eventos
3..- Disponer de las facilidades desarrolladas por la organización en cada país
4.- Tener información y contactos internacionales que le permitan participar
5.- Ser reconocido por la organización por sus contribuciones, cualidades progreso en el onocimiento, nivel profesional, nivel de perfeccionamiento en una actividad o capacidad de asumir responsabilidades.
5.- Disponer de una ayuda solidaria si en caso fuere necesario
6.- Disponer de facilidades trabajo voluntario, pasantías, investigaciones o reportes
7.- Disponer de materiales y ayuda para buceo, navegación, exploración, estudio o practica

Art. 22.- ACTITUD DE LOS MIEMBROS

1.- Los miembros deben guardar una conducta de respeto por la naturaleza, el entorno cultural y las leyes del país.

2.- Deben manifestar su interés, su sensibilidad, su talento y su determinación.

3.- Deben ser honestos, respetuosos y solidarios.

Art. 23 PERDIDA DE LA CALIDAD DE MIEMBROS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN

1.- Por delitos castigados por la justicia del país de origen que hayan lastimado a otras personas o perjudicado a comunidades o grupos humanos.

2.- Por acciones contra la naturaleza que afecten el equilibrio ecológico de un lugar.

3.- Si no muestra interés en participar durante un año

4.- Si es sancionado por la organización.

5.- Si renuncia voluntariamente

6.- Si deja la comunidad y no se registra en otra sea local nacional o regional o internacional.

7- Si muere.

Art. 24.- APROBACION DE LAS RESOLUCIONES.

Las propuestas sometidas a votación del directorio local, nacional, regional o internacional, y de cualquiera de las Asambleas se aprobarían por el 50% mas un votante.

Los participantes pueden votar de manera directa o indirecta, y se considerará para ello que todos los miembros a votar fueron invitados, pero solo valdrá el voto de los que participen puntualmente en la fecha señalada con 15 días de anticipación.

25.- DISOLUCION DE LA ORGANIZACION

Si la organización llegara a disolverse todos sus bienes pasarían a otra organización con similares objetivos, pero independiente de cualquier miembro de la organización nuestra.
